Anyway, I just came across this songhits magazine one time. Nakakatawa because the lyrics are very much invented and far-off.
    Consider this:
"You can but a hair if you won't run / Because you know that she said so"
    -Unpretty, TLC
"Kiss me / I like you being buddy / I agree / beside the green green grass / swing, swing, swing the spinning top / You wear those shoes and not well in the dress"
-Kiss Me, Sixpense (yan yung spelling) None the Richer

and of course, my personal favorite:
"Shows into superstitions / Wild cats and living dolls / I feel intimidation / That girl's gonna make me small...
Hold tight, inside out / Livin' la vida loca / Who shall pull you down / Livin la vida loca / Reap so say you do / And you can call me de moca / She will weigh you up / Livin la vida loca"
-Livin La VIda Loca, Ricky Martin

Hindi ba alam ng mga makers na pwede ka namang mag-download ng lyrics sa Internet? Also, don't they notice na medyo nonsensical naman yung invented lyrics nila?

I'm sure that you're not the target market of these song-hit publishers. I have a feeling that a lot of them get away with their awful lyric lines. It's almost as if they just listened to the radio and guessed what was being said.

oo nga. kakatuwa yung mga lyrics sa songhits. i remember our helper who sang titanic this way....

every night in my sleep, i see you, i dream you, that is how i saw you, go home....

far across the distance and spaces beneath us, who will come to show you, go home....

Hehe song hits have been like that eversince, even as I look back to my childhood. Nakakatuwang pampalipas oras basahin yung mga made-up lyrics, especially since they hardly sound anything like the real words used in the song! Most even don't make sense! Same thing rin sa mga videoke.. :P

    hehe...

i recently saw the lyrics of SCRUBS, nakakatawa talaga.

i think they DO listen to the radio then just try to get the lyrics from there.

One Week - "Chikiting China my chinese chicken you have a drumstick and your brain starts stickin'" heehee

Every Morning - "every morning there's a hello hanging from the corner of my girl's all-purpose bed" mmph! That's not all "I know it's not mine but I think that I could use it for the weekend on the one-night tent" I LOVE THESE SONGHITS PEOPLE!
