sa mga nagwowork dito sa acctg./finance dept. ganun ba talaga ang hiring pocess inaabot ng almost a month? initial interview was done last march 7, then pagaantayin ka ng 1 week for 2nd interview, at yung final interview from the US managers ay inabot **** ng 2 weeks tapos ngayon di ko alam kung ilang weeks naman antayin ko para sa result. i texted the hr and she said just wait lang daw wala pang feedback. its funny because in the ads it says they need to hire qualified applicants immediately.

Hi, just want to share na ang OSRP is in the middle of restructuring. nag-LAY OFF ang company since last year. not very good sign if you are targeting this company. maraming affected, *** iba wala pang 6 months or 1 year. yes, that is a reality for companies struck by the GLOBAL CRISIS. pero personally of course, nakaka awa ang mga na-LO. marami natanggal at karamihan mga bagong hires pa lang... onti na ang population ng OSRP, lalo pang umonti

@ jcbigcas Recruitment is open from Monday-Friday only from 7am-4pm if I'm not mistaken

@ farmerboy2012 depende yan sa position na aapplyan mo tsaka depende din sa availability ng mga US Managers na magiinterview sayo if you pass the initial interview and of course the exam

anyways, you planning applying? Well that's your choice though you should know the company is in slump today and having lay-offs since last year. Not discouraging you, just telling the awful fact.

I would like to ask kung ganun ba tLaga process sa OSRP, after the final interview by the client over the phone , the result will be posted by nest week ? Either ttawagan daw or ittext .. bat ganun katagl *** process? and im just wondering na since confident sa sagot sa interview , is there possibilty na di matanggap dahil sa pagka tagal na process..???
