netad, OSRP, LLC is a subsidiary of PC Mall. We are not outsourced but in-house (still part of PC Mall). Meaning there are no Client Accounts like in other Call Centers who might pull-out oneday and do mass layoff. PC Mall is a global company, among the biggest and among the top 4 computer & consumer electronics retailers in the U.S., been in the industry for about 2 decades (almost 20 years). You may also check the website at www.pcmall.com. I have been in the Call center Industry for more than 5 years and I can say from reasonable aspects that OSRP stands among the rest in its own level. I haven't seen any company in the Philippines similar to it. It's unique and I am greatly impressed by the strategies of the company. Though it's just new, it's already working its way up to the ladder of success. It is my pleasure, privilege and honor to be a part of OSRP. Finally, I found my dream job... here in the country. (THANKS OSRP)... Moreover, there's no comparison over OSRP. Call Centers in the country are playing a crucial role in uplifting the country's workforce. Manufacturing can never be compared to the competitiveness of the Call Center Industry. There are a lot challenges here and we are working things out, soon, almost everything will be in place... We will be one of the best, if not the very best!

Hi! I have a scheduled interview in OSRP this week.. for Marketing Coordinator.. does the position require shifting? Coz I'm not really a fan of graveyard shifts. =p

Anyway, so can we consider OSRP as part of the IT Industry? Since it is mentioned that is is part (wholly owned, and not just outsourced) by PC Mall..?
