Pag nag apply b ako do i need to mention kung anong account yung aaplyan ko or I think it would be best kung si HR n ang mag pprofile sa kin kung saan mas ok. And you are correct.. mas maganda nga yung ganyan different tasks ang mga tao.. that means well rounded sila dyan. would you highly recommend EnfraUSA to a person like me n galing n sa malaking company?

    meron palang forum tungkol sa Enfra... Makikisawsaw lang sa usapan. I've been employed here for almost 2 years now... masaya ang environment. Not like the previous companies I've worked for. Enfra is not that big when I was hired. Not that many people kaya walang pulitika. The management shows how they appreciate their employees. ***** lumalaki na ***. and the bigger we get, the merrier.

    You can mention *** account na gusto mong applyan but HR naman will help you. They can check your skills and work experiences. OO naman i would recommend na i-try mo mag apply dito sa Enfra.. It's not that hectic here unlike sa malalaking company, they have AHT, CSAT..

    Sabi ng friends ko n nag wwork dun is may opening *** ng CSR and non voice like graphic artist, web designers and programmers. They offered 25K for csr and mataas din sa mga grpahic artist like 20K-23K ata.. I've heard they chagned their healthcard to Medicard and its better.. Maganda ambience ng company.. Mag walk in k *** and they will entertain you nmn..

    Hi [chrsalx].. In terms of salary, the company if offering a good compensation. Above average *** ino-offer nila dito, above 20K+++ . I'm currently employed as a TSR and hindi ganun ka stress *** trabaho namin. They also have good benefits here, may attendance bonus sila and performance bonus. Then maganda din *** health benefits nmin, kaka start *** sa Medicard and okay *** coverage nya. Maybe you can try it here.

    to all future applicants:

    ok sya as in since we're still a small company, halos makikilala mo lahat ng tao and hindi sya typical na BPO / Call Center ang set up, diversified ang dating nya since iba ibang clients ang hahawakan nyo within a team. Isa pa, most of the accounts have weekends off so dun pa lang panalo na..salaries are different and forbidden i discusss sa isa't isa since iba iba **** depende sa tasks mo.

    bad side nya lang: mejo panget management, or rather disorganized though (kumbaga di maimplement kung ano gusto mangyari since magulo) pero the effort is there naman..another reason kung bakit pala parang panget management is because of the "Q.A.'s", sila yung nakaasign mag bigay ng memo regarding house rules.. which is purely non-sense..why? Because they're only dealing with the effects ng problem and not the problem itself..gets nyo? Sabi nila andun daw Q.A. to help them improve, again, paanO? that's is so dumb (para sa kin), they don't give coaching sessions, propose any action plans for the employee, alang ganun, gagawin nila, manood ng video, pag may nahuli, memo tapos ang usapan. that's it.. so non-sense..

    i can see a better future for this company if maayos nila patakaran nila and how they manage..there a lots of flaws ang company namin which i firmly believe maayus if they will only learn how to open up sa mga taong nag papasok ng pera sa kompanya...

    eto magandang example:
    one time i asked our OM, regarding my innovation to cut costs of operation expense (meron kasi sa min ***** parang dagdag bonus for innovative ideas), ganito bale ang summary ng idea ko: maging transparent sa mga associates regarding the operational costs and revenues so alam nung tao if accomplishing his/her tasks is either above or below expected operational costs (not necessarily need to put monetary units even percentages will do) sagot sa kin basta nagagawa yung tasks at nadedeliver yung client expectation ok na...ayan, now sa tasks ko, sabihin natin na ginamit ko yung expertise ko sa ibang bagay.. yung typical na 1 month mo gagawin ginagawa ko na lang ng 4 to 5 days, so very efficient di ba? now what i do when i m idle is just wait for further tasks from my client or help with my client's work or pumetix (since i believe i deserve that given the fact that i already delivered and execeeded client expectation) here comes the Q.A. na sinisita yung pag chill ko, i mean cmon..don't i deserve that? if not then tell me i would gladly resign..
