WARNING:...HR and even the OM resigned here and ang pumalit na OM ay isang kabit daw yata? Nagmaka-awa friend ko not to waste my time on this company...so I'm warning you and even the employees here should GO!!!

Pity. You base your company choice on a gossip. Funny how could you warn people not to apply on that company when you havent even worked there. Even if you would have pursued on your application with them, with this kind of outlook you wouldnt pass the standards.

Hinde kabit ang OM dito and the so are the past OMs that EnfrUSA has had. the word "yata" implies that you dont even know if its true but you posted your thought with conviction - a fool's action.

People need to hear the other side of the story or if not they will continue to step upon EnraUSA.

Based on their ad sa Jobstreet recently, maganda ang ino-offer nilang salary and benefits. I wanted to apply pero now I'm thinking twice dahil sa mga nabasa kong feedbacks few years ago dito sa thread. Sana may mag comment dyan about this company, if they can really give 20k+ basic salary, good benefits etc.

I've applied here last March...I haven't heard much of this company. nagtry lang ako magsend ng resume through jobstreet. About the offer yes...mataas ang offer nila they offered me 25k. The thing is sign ka muna ng JO before client(final interview) weird talaga. Pero explain sa'kin ng HR 'yung reason kasi daw may mga nagsign at nafinal interview tapos di na raw magpapakita... sabi niya na it creates a bad impression to their clients. About the expansion as explaine to me by their HR ganon lang daw talga 'yung setup nila.Naisip ko tuloy na 'wag na *** tumuloy dun kasi I'm not get used sa ganoong setup...

Sa mag nagnanais mag-apply try nyo *** ... there's no harm in trying we have our own preferences...

Dati ko work mate lumipat dito... i think more than a year n din siya dun. sabi niya lipat siya dun kasi malaki ang offer since they hire experienced call center agents. they even have bonuses added to your salary na madali daw ma achieve.. basta wala k memo.. may bonus ka.. perfect attendance daw mas malaki ang bonus...laki n daw ng company kasi different industries daw ang accounts. My pang TSR, pang CSR, Sales at kahit back office.. yung parang data entry. niyaya nya ako dito yun lang medyo malayo sa place ko kasi medyo bandang south ako eh. sana magka site din sila sa makati para apply ako

I have a final interview for 2 companies; one is from Enfra and another one from Sykes. Maganda ba sa Enfra? Mas malaki *** offer nila kesa sa Sykes. In fairness cute ang setup pagpasok sa Enfra kahit maliit lang sya. Mas cute ang nakapost sa pinto ng Conference room- "REMODELING IN PROGRESS". Sa Sykes naman sa Burgundy parang magigiba ang building! hahahaha

I just started here a month ago.Enjoy naman ang environment sa Enfra..I was expecting na mahihirapan ako kasi iba *** set-up nila dito compared dun sa dating call center na pinasukan ko. They have different accounts here..during my first day *** mga team mates ko super supportive talaga, they helped me dun sa account ko, even *** mga TL's at *** OM accommodating.

try mo wala namang mawawala sa pa ta try.. kasi depende naman yun sa knowledge at accent level mo..
