yeah either gulaman or sago or both.

For the sweet sago (or pearl). Boil it with syrup. Try caramelizing the syrup for more flavor then add a bit more water then your sago.

    Same procedure with the gulaman.

for the main liquid. Estimate it as 1:10 ratio. Add vanilla or pandan to add taste.

baka naman ice-scramble ang tinutukoy ng OP? if so, shaved ice lang yon with food coloring (nung bata ako may violet pa!) and sugar

powdered milk added on top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.

All you basically need is ice, evaporated milk, distilled water, sugar, red sago and red gulaman, vanilla essence (optional, but i think you'll like it added). The red dye in the sago and gulaman will turn the diluted evaporated milk pink. Bottoms up! Mas malinis pa gumawa sa bahay!

I've tasted the pink palamig once (palaging yung itim na palamig ang nabibili ko) and was surprised by how good it tasted. Akala ko kasi ang pangit ng lasa pag pinaghalo yung milk pati ng sugar syrup.

    gumawa ako niyan last night..

niluto ko yung big sago then small sago
nagluto din ako ng red unflavored gulaman
    then nagpakulo ng tubig
    nilagay yung asukal na pula
    nilagay yung sago and gulaman
    then tapos na! palalamigin nalang.
