Cool Radiohead's great band of the 90s

and still they are! The Bends and OK Computer are the best! I think they were drunk when they made The Bends and high on drugs when they made OK Computer. hehehe.

Ive heard Kid A is an experimental album and you might be disappointed when you hear them. BTW, I found a site that has downloadable MP3s of them. Is it okay to post the link here? **bitin ba kayo. **

    Talking Yorke and Bjork

Last time I checked, Thom Yorke and Bjork have done a collaboration for an independent film that Bjork won an acting award for. It should be out here by next month.

    Thumbs up

Radiohead is a great band. They indeed play depressing music, but proof that they play it well is whenever I listen to it I feel their sentiments. Awesome.

I liked The Bends the most, OK Computer a close second. The first album was cool, too.

When I heard the "Pablo Honey" album, I was not really impressed but when The Bends came out, whoa, its like a compilation of singles. most of the songs there are superb! And with their 3rd album, OK Computer, thats what I call a masterpiece! For me, OKC is their best album and you should listen to it from the first track down to the last one (thats the way to know a band, listen to their album/s). Its a concept album, just like Pink Floyd's The Wall album.

Im not sure with their latest album Kid A, some say it sucks because its a techno/electronic album??? some say its a work of art. They're not promoting it but they will release another album soon in 2001 and I think that will be considered as the 'fourth' album. I think Kid A was just something Yorke would like to try different things and release it out of his system.

are you by chance referring to "Dancer in the Dark" a film by Lars Von Trier, winner of the Palm D'or at the recent cannes film festival? bjork won there but not exactly sure what the collaboration with thom yorke was.... but that would have been nice.

anyway, thom yorke is considered to be one of the most prolific depressing song writers. i can almost feel his conviction in every song he sings. i think the new album would be rad. electronic or not, it's a thing most artist should learn how to do, experiment, so that they won't offer the usual funfaire. but then again.. as yorke says.. "no surprises"!

    Talking mixed reactions

In every Radiohead album I heard, there are always mixed reactions...

Sa Pablo Honey... nadala lang ng Creep, maganda na.

As for The Bends, kakahiram ko lang kanina at sulit naman siya.

As for OK Computer, dito talaga nagkakatalo. According to sucks, pero sa isang magazine, best album of all time ito.

So it doesn't surprise me if Radiohead's new project would again polarize its fans.

I know THAT, the antagonist. but if you listen and scan the song, there's a part that sings, "She looks like the real thing.. she tastes like the real thing... my fake plastic love"

i was talking about THAT particular line.
