Of course this is a natural human reaction specially in a deplorable situation
But be aware that emptiness like loneliness have so many reasons and factors contributing to it, it maybe, the gloomy weather, a scent and sight reminding you of a love one so far away, and also our hormones..

been feeling the loneliness & emptiness since last year. when i leave the house, i put on a smiling face but as soon as i'm at home or when i'm just alone, it all comes back. i've tried praying but it doesn't seem to work. ewan ko na nga ba...

Ako rin ganyan ang feeling. Minsan hindi ko na alam kung ano ang gagawin ko, pero ngayon kasi, natulungan ako ng kaibigan ko. Yung feeling daw kasi na ito ay galing sa loob- kasi nga, spirit kasi tayo, eternal- e an dito tayo sa mundo na ito na nagpapalit palagi lahat -tapos kala kasi natin tayo ang katawan natin, so kala natin, pag bigay natin sa katawan nating an hinihingi niya- sex, pagkain, relationships, etc, .. pero wala e, di parin tayo masaya. Sa loob, parang wala parin, kahit may pera tayo, may asawa tayong sobrang baet, may mga anak tayong nagbibigay satin ng kaligayahan..
Pero sa loob, wala parin. kailangan kasi ang kaligayahan natin ay galing kay God, kasi siya ay yung "Supreme Person", siya ay ang ating tunay na best-friend. Marami naman mga paraan para maayos ito.

I'm Filipino. Depression and other such stupid traits and weaknesses don't exist in my genes. Feeling a bit down--go to a bar, talk to a GRO, magpakalasing at magpasaya. Ganyan ang Pinoy. Always HAPPY HAPPY. Walang problemang hindi solved nang alak, sigarilyo, at babae. Kung may pera, sugal ng konti... Life is meant to be LIVED!!!!

yup! almost all the time... well, simply because i am living alone w/o my family. but at times ok din kasi masarap din maging independent. u don't owe anyone anything. but there will come a time na i want some comfort so i opt to be with someone who does'nt want to be w/ me all the time

i guess its a learning process... to be alone.. i have to be used to the feeling of being alone. emptiness is something i have to work out on my inner self... i am feeling empty for a hundred reasons... of not achieving my dreams & goals...

Yeah. Probably because wala akong siblings, pero i have a lot friends naman pero talagang pagnandito na sa bahay ako lang mag-isa. Sana talaga may kuya ako. Never met my father din, lonely talaga. Pero dapat smile pa rin, parang wala lang.

sometimes, i don't know what to do/how to get through it. parang may gusto akong gawin pero ndi ko naman alam kung ano. weird, no?

maybe, this is an effect of dealing with life-and-death situations, day in day out.

Ei.. I've been feeling that too these past few months.. but.. there's something about prayer and trying your best to follow God's word really changed the way I'am right now.... Im happy and contented now and I begin to realize how beautiful life really is...

I always feel alone but not empty. I have the best family at home, better education, nice work, good faith and religion, nice friends, best buds, good stuffs... But lonely.

Sometimes naiisip ko baka effect lang ng lovelife status ko pero as much as possible hindi ko naman naiisip yun kasi I know masasaktan lang ako. I'm a silent person kaya marami akong naiisip.

Serious din ako kaya siguro nabobored mga friends ko sa kin. Hehe. I appreciate small things naman. I am also here to help. I am always there when they needed me, though not financially, but morally and emotionally. Pero ganun pa rin... I still feel loneliness kahit kasama mo sila. Nafefeel mo kasi na parang hindi ka nila masabayan. Ewan ko nga kung bakit. I reach out to them as always pero umaasa lang pala ako ng appreciation.

Yun lang naman ang importante sa kin na sana kahit konti maapreciate din nila ang ginagawa ko. Pero wala e.

Golden rule says: Do unto others what you want others to do unto you. Lahat ng pwede kong gawin para sa kanila agawa ko na pero wala talagang nangyayari. Do not do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you. Wala naman akong ginagawang masama pero bakit ako nasasaktan sa mga ginagawa nila sa kin? I realize... wala pala talagang RULE sa friendship.

And sa akin lang... APPRECIATION. Pero bakit ko ba naman ipagpipilitan ang sarili ko sa bagay na hindi para sa akin?

As of now, makita ko lang sila na masaya... okay na ako. Tiisin ko na lang yung pagiging lonely ko.
