Just go to the Sitel site thread here. Just search for it and read through it. Basta masasabi ko lang they are relatively small call center in Eastwood compared to theior giant neighbors like eTelecare, C3, Epixtar.
I think umalis na rin yata ang Dell account sa kanila? I'm not quite sure about this pero hindi masyadong maganda feedback na naririnig ko sa Sitel.
same as what I used to hear about this call center, maganda lagi ang mga feedback...make some background check and laso pwede kang magbasa ng pdi jobmarket esp. sunday issue...that's all i've come to know..bonne chance...God bless everyone....
thanks for the infos

Omaha, NE, March 2, 2005--SITEL Corporation (NYSE:SWW), a leading global provider of outsourced customer support services, announced today the winning of six of the top ten ContactCenterWorld.com annual inbound contact center outsourcer awards for 2004. The awards recognize size and diversification of contact centers in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific.

Sitel is even bigger than Clientlogic(Contactworld) who was the main partner of Dell before
During my stay with Sitel, they were the no. 3 contact center in the world, Clientlogic 4th....and no.... 1 or 2 isnt Daksh, Ambergris, Etel, Convergys, Sykes, or Peoplesupport
Sitel pays fair and on-time, the only problem with them is WFM, they will change your schedule every week...and Growth, they prioritize the first 3 batches.....so you better be THAT good to be promoted or apply for the highest position that you can think of.
Sitel peeps...have you guys seen the Screenshot from one of Dell's CTS agents who was caught surfing porno sites and them pasting them into Dellserv?
Check it out...

ahh dellserv.. yeah parang urban legend na yan!
urban legend na totoong nangyari !!!
yup everybody knows that....***** pinagpapantasyahan nyo na yung girl no? she isnt bad looking but she certainly doesnt look like the girl you can show to your friends. her fault was logging the call thrice and leaving the case open, ayun na-scrub na ng ntbt, me dissat sa esurvey dahil dun e nakita ng qa and presto....instant star sya

Top Call centers in terms of revenues
2004 Edition
1.Convergys
2.EDS
3.Teletech
4.West
5.Sitel
6.Sykes
(incidentally, no C3, Epixtar, or eTelecare as the poster above indicated as "Giants")
Convergys continues as the market leader, ahead of EDS and Teletech in the #2 and #3 positions, respectively. Outsourced contact center operations at both Convergys and EDS are embedded in larger business process outsourcing (BPO) firms. Among the rest of the top tier companies Teletech, West Corporation, SITEL and Sykes remain “pure plays” in the sense of remaining as separate entities with a sole focus on outsourced teleservices.

One of my barkada got terminated there, politically related maybe. On the other hand, she heard that her former batchmates there were terminated also. It is somehow their form of telling the agents "malulugi na tayu kasi aalis na ang Dell, so para makatipid alis ka jan!"
I dunno kung andun pa din ang Dell o nag-pull out na sila ng account ^___^
Is sitel hiring new applicants? is sitel strictly engage with outbound or do you also engage with CSR and inbound sales?
