May na-download na kong mp3s ni Michel Thomas for free. Pero yung sa mismong website niya may bayad.

I learn a lot from his mp3s. Ayaw niya ng 'remember' method. Gusto niya naaabsorb mo yung tinuturo, which turns out to be a better method.

was it hard to learn this language? i want to land a job in europe and learning french would definitely be of great factor

It's pretty easy since you don't have to learn a completely new alphabet. I hate numbers in French though, argh.

Once you memorize the conjugations, everything's a bit easier. Bonne chance!

how proficient you are? how long have you been using the language?

I learned it for three years in Ateneo. I only realized how easy it had become when I started to take Japanese as well, wherein I had to learn a whole new alphabet, 2 writing systems for syllables and another writing system for words. XD

I want to take refresher courses though--it slips away so easily if it's not practiced.

Pareho tayo. Sobrang nightmare sa'ken yung numbers ng French. Magpipilipit talaga yung dila mo.

But it is so fun to study French. Ang sosyal talaga pag nakakapagsalita ka nun.
