the first few times really gave me a body ache syempre ibang klase yung ganun na work out diba...pero okay na after awhile and it really works but then you have to do it regularly...mas maganda siguro if paminsan minsan iba naman yung gamitin mo na level...on days that you don't have time pero you want to atleast exercise kahit ilang minutes lang try the basic...slow pero very powerful =)

I only tried it once. Off-season kasi, so I thought I'd try it para hindi naman ako totally out of shape. Akala ko it was easy, pero man, napagod talaga ako! If you do it regularly talaga, I'm sure you'll lose weight.

Take care to prevent injuries so be sure to watch the instructional tape first...you're not supposed to extend your legs and arms fully when your kicking and boxing...

I can manage that with my arms, but I can't control my legs which just fly out wildly when I kick! Especially during the series of fast alternating kicks sunod-sunod, how do you possibly reign them in, help! You mean those girls on the video who are kicking so high above the head aren't extending their legs fully? How?

i've tried it... k lang sya...sa hirap ng mga steps (actually k lang ng konti coz nagta-taekwondo naman me) talagang maapapagod ka...and sa sakit ng katawan mo the next day you'll know it works...ok sya pero do it with a someone para masaya...

kung nahihirapan ka sa TAEBO.. TRY THE MTV GRIND WORKOUT..it's really KEWL ang mga aerobic steps ay parang mga dance actually dance steps siya na cool naman!!! try it!!!

i just started this taebo workout and i must say, magandang maganda siya! talagang tatagaktak ang pawis sa mga singit singit mo and you're only doing it for 15 minutes (basic tape)!!! sabi nila you get the results in 6 weeks time and i am just on my first week.

i'm doing the 21-day challenge. sabi nila kase na para ma stick ka sa taebo workout, gawin daw yung 21-dc. dito raw makikita kung dedicated ka talaga.

i haven't seen any results (hello! 5 days pa lang ako sa 21-dc) pero i must say na I FEEL GOOD! ibang klase ang feeling!

    try taebo! hindi 'to fad!
