HELP ME UPLOADING IMAGES!! pls...

Smart Amazing 1, via USB and it doesn't have a mem card.....

Does it come with a CD? There has to be software that will enable you to transfer the images.

it has......but when I installed it, it says that "it can't be opened and re-installing may fix the problem......"

try downloading the software from the internet..

can you send out an email from the smart amazing phone? if yes, you can attach the pic and send an email to yourself.

installer cds provided by the phone manufacturer rarely have errors on them. try re-installing the application. i think Microsoft ActiveSync yun for Smart Amazing Phone. After installation you should be able to browse the phone's file easily. Also, make sure the cable is properly connected. Iilaw ng green yung ActiveSync icon sa system tray pag connected na.

anyway, im not really familiar with laptops. may usb port naman di ba? it's the same with the desktop. install the ActiveSync, conenct the cable to the USB port and on the other end, sa cellphone. or you could use infrared. yun nga lang, mabagal na process to.

btw, walang infrared 'yung laptop, pero merong bluetooth, wala namang bluetooth 'yung cellphone pero may infrared......

Okay, so infrared and bluetooth are out of the question.

Do you still have the data cable?

Baka naman drivers lang na install mo and not the software for transferring data.

I know someone who uses a cable to transfer date from the smart amazing phone to pc and vice versa.

When the phone is plugged in to the PC, a new folder/drive will come out in "My Computer", and from there, he can explore the data on the phone (almost like a flash disk)
