read moreThis gym is managed by my friend, Mark, and owned by Mr. Tony, as well. I think World Team USA is owned or managed by Mr. Tony din. Not sure yung exact info but i can ask Mark later about it. LOL
There is no membership. Medyo kamahalan lang yung walk-in fee like 500 ata. I forgot since Mark gave me and my friends a free one nung first namin mag-Muay Thai session. But he suggested to avail the group promo na lang para makamura. Yung pinakasulit is yung 8,000php for 20 sessions. Not bad na to.
I talked to Mark regarding the discount which he can give me 30% for me exclusively for our barkada lang. But to my friends around 20% daw if ever we avail the group package. Problem is tinatamad pa yung 2 girl officemates ko. But we will be availing this soon. Plan ko is Tuesday nights every week since busy ako sa basketball on other days.
The trainer is Kru Maxell or Maxwell. Former URCC champ. Okey naman sha at magaling at pasenshoso. I will talk to my officemates this week kung itry na namin this week and talk to Mark for the possible sched kung me slot pa since i was informed na merong group na ata nag-aavail ng mga Muay Thai classes nila.
Yep ok yang World Team USA. Apparently, I have friends who are connected...and these guys have experience not just here but also abroad. May tournament daw sa Sabado btw.
TYIA!
Meron ba ditong mga full time nagtratraining?
monday to saturday, 6-830 am and around 4-6 pm.
Of course
Eto tol yung sched ko.
MWF
Train,Lift(puro light lang)
TTH
Takbo, stretching, rest
Sat-Sun
Swim/Rest, stretch
You can research strength training programs like yung kay Jim Wendler na 531 or chad's juggernaut method. Marami sa internet nyan.
Kung ite-tweak ko yan, assuming once a day ka lang magtraining:
MWF - Buhat then HIIT tipong tabata or skip ropes.
TThS - Muay Thai + running TTH then swimming Saturday.
Sunday Rest day. Church day![]()
Ok na yung explosive push ups ups, pull ups, power jumps, etc etc and technique training and endurance training for now.
2. Stamina - Sabi nga 'fatigue makes cowards of us all.' Totoo yan.
3.power - takutin mo agad.
4. technique - Last ito pag baguhan kayo, pero of course pag high level na, ito na number one.
5. Lastly, goodluck bro. Patulgin mo yug kalaban. hehe.

I'm planning to enroll myself sa Elorde for Muay Thai, though I'm a bit hesitant since ako lang mag isa, wala akong mahatak na kasama since yung sched ko most of the time is graveyard, and I'm planning to train sana after work, sakto sa Elorde sa Gilmore since they open at around 6am.
Would it be ok if I train alone? What are the things I need to bring?
I just want this to be my work out since hindi ko trip mag buhat since I find it boring since wala masyadong interaction at ayoko rin maging muscle man, yung fit lang ok na ako since ang lumolobo ako lately hehe.
Any tips mga sir? Thank you!![]()
Pwede naman po boxing dito? Sali ako! Hehe..Nagenroll ako last month pa ng boxing sa Elorde Gym.. Gusto ko sana kick boxing or muay thai kaya lang according sa isang trainer dun iba raw ang warm up ng muay thai and kickboxing compared to boxing.. May mild scoliosis kasi ako so bawal daw sit-ups and jumping rope kasi mahina support sa likod ko. Thanks!
By the way. Gusto ko lang i-share itong informative site about boxing. Sarap magbasa dito andami ko natututunan. Hehe. www.expertboxing.com
