^ Oo nga coach eh, personally more on Dutch din talaga ang style ko, actually parang closer to Souwer(I wish) kesa sa thai like buakaw.

Kita mo yung first vid coach? Gusto ko sana isama sa strength training ko mga ganun, pero if no program, di rin ok I guess. Di bale, when I finally get the time to go to Eclipse(most probably the next weekend after this, will text you as per convo).

I was walking on Metropolitan Avenue in Makati and a guy gave me a flyer. Below is the info. If anyone has been here, I would appreciate if he/she can narrate his/her experience:

^ parang may world team usa sa San Francisco, CA akong nakita...or namalikmata lang ako. If you want to focus on MMA with Muay Thai as your primary stand up, then that place looks promising. If you want pure Muay Thai though, I'd recommend a reputable Muay Thai organization(MAP gyms).

In any case, kung walang magbigay ng feedback about that place I think it's best to go and see for yourself.

If I was you though, if proximity is not a big deal, I'd consider gyms/teams who produces good and competitive fighters, i.e. yung mga maraming nananalong fighters sa URcc

Hindi ko po nabasa yung mga previous post so ask ko lang po if meron po magandang gym to learn muay thai near intramuros, yung mura lang po ang rates ska yung sked sana pwede pag gabi (student kasi e, haha).. salamat po

Muay Thai is php350 per session. It has evening sched for those who work. It starts at 6pm

^ Sir di ko kilala nagtuturo sa pareho pero the best thing before you commit to either is to train at each place muna. Tignan mo rin kung tama yung ambience sayo and all that.

bros and if meron sis...anyone here have an idea of school close to pasig...and how much are sessions? any inexpensive rates kasi medyo low budget pa ko but i wann aget back on martial arts and i am SO into muay thai training for its discipline and hard workout...

You can try MAP in ULTRA(the best if pure MT is your goal), or Submission Sports in Renaissance. I haven't been to the latter, pero I'm familiar with their Muay Thai coaches and I believe you'll get good training, at makikoita mo rin naman they produce great fighters. As for the rates, sorry can't help you with that.

Sa elorde ako nag train. P500 membership yung monthly unlimited nila 3k, yung walk in nasa P250. pang 2nd month ko na to super na enjoy ko muay thai at nagka 4 pack abs ako malapit na mag 6 pack the best talaga workout may pagka mahirap pero sulit naman bayad.
