The website's under construction when I tried to check. I just wanna know if beginner I classes are given at that venue. thanks.

BTW, is it too late if you're 29 and up and you're not that flexible anymore?
it is never too late to learn martial arts IMO. I have several friends in their early 30's who just started out muay thai and I have some friends who just started out BJJ in their mid 30's

One good fund raiser for Escola Brasileira de Capoeira would be to come up with a CD of Portuguese songs, especially featuring Capoeira songs. This not only promotes the martial art, but also showcases the beautiful musical heritage of Brasil.
Wala lang.....just wanting to keep this thread up.![]()

Blake,
Have you tried Capoeira? Pwede kaya mga gaya nating late 20s and early 30s? Someone told me to forget about Capoeira if I was above 20.
I tried a few sessions back the with grupo capoeira de manila and I personally think that anyone is capable of doing the art provided he or she is in good shape. Its never too late to learn as long as your body is capable of handling the rigorous moves of capoeira. Whoever told you that you should forget about capoeira if you are above 20 must be crazy. I started training in most martial arts that I got into when I was 22 so I can personally attest that age is not a factor but rather your physical conditioning.
