I have a friend who worked here, salary wise mababa ang bigay dito and madalas ang OT kaya siya umalis.
My friend don't recommend anyone working here, unless malapit ka sa Alabang and location is an issue.
E-Science or eScience or Electronic Science is a software company and they create mobile apps for iOS and Android, most of their clients are doctors.
-Easy travel if you are near Alabang, Muntinlupa (Madrigal Business Park) compared to Makati
-They give bonus kapag malakas ang kita, usually umaabot ng one so parang 14th month pay
-May snacks sa pantry, but limited
-Very low compensation (Kahit daw may work experience ka na mababa pa din ang offer and even after mapromote ka mababa ang increase)
-Madalas ang OT
-Starting salary is 15k for fresh grad (same starting salary for java programmer and quality assurance)
-Matagal ang promotion, at kahit mapromote ang baba pa din ng increase, yung iba pa daw umaabot ng 2 years bago mapromote
-Nakwento daw sa kanya ng friend niya na may bond na daw yung mga newly hires na junior programmer (2 years service bond or you have to pay 80k), don't expect trainings kung meron daw is 3 days to a week lang and madalas parang wala lang kasi inhouse lang din daw at walang certification
-Small company (about 50 employees) at puro lalaki, they are not planning to expand daw kaya ang hiring nila pa-onti onti, more project but same number of people ang plano daw nila
-Work place and environment is not so good
-Hassle pa daw kasi may sharing sila every monday and friday morning and dadaanan daw lahat ng employees magsshare sa harap so kailangan mong magprepare ng topic
-More than 10 years na sila sa industry but as my friend see it ang bagal ng growth

mas maraming lalake pero madami din babae definitely hindi ka ma-out of place. medyo hindi nga lang magaganda yung mga hina-hire na babae.
yung yearly bonus depende.. merong taon na hit nila ang target sobra pa kaya 2 months ang naging bonus. bale 3 months kung isasama mo ang 13th month. meron din naman as in wala talaga bonus kasi na miss ang target.
masaya din ang samahan dyan kasi nga kakaunti kaya magiging friends mo talaga ang mga nanndyan.
may mga times lang na talagang super OT ang mga developers/programmers dyan kaya dapat willing to work ka kahit week ends.
