worried kasi ako sa time eh baka hindi kaya lahat ng activities kasi i've inquired with some dive shops usually 8-5pm daw dahil sa boat transfers. baka i'd stick na lang to my original plan na 8AM trip from Marina to Pearl Farm then exit na lang through back door to go to Maxima, Hagimit and Bat Cave. Would anyone know if may timing din ang diving session sa Maxima? TIA

actually last year pa pangit na ang torres restobars dahil sa napasara karamihan sa kanila at nagkaroon pa ng ilang months na stoppage dahil sa daming violations ng mga establishments at sa dami ng mga gulo doon tuwing madaling araw...pero buhay pa rin ang zigudu - na comedy bar...u can check sa may bajada st. - malapit lang din sa torres ang wheels and more - andun ang starr at hybrid -- okay mga bars dun at tsaka sa may matina area - MTS

vanishing island is cool and i think the nearest resorts sa island (na very affordable pa) are marex, rmpc at ilihan....lahat sa babak/camudmud area...tama PF is too expensive...

Ang cool nga nung vanishing island.. Vanishing daw kac nwawala daw tlaga yun pag "super" high tide. Hehe! Pero nung pagpunta ko last week, mga hanggang waist yung tubig. Ganda lang tingnan kac yung shore nya eh natabunan na ng tubig. May old house dun sa gitna. Mas maganda sana kung pede nilang irenovate yun (idea ko *** nmn *** mgng attraction na din.. hehe). Ang sarap mg-stay dun lalo na sa mga taong d marunong lumangoy (gaya ko), at least dun, d ka malulunod. Haha! Bale hihinto yung bangka sa medyo malalim na part tapos lalanguyin nyo nalng papunta dun sa shore na parang naging dagat na rin..

I have been to Davao several times (for work) but the last time I was there was back in 2006 (I blogged about it at Divine Davao)... now, I am planning a trip for a family of 7 adults and 3 kids... and I am beyond excited!!!

I will intentionally skip the trips to the malls if I can help it but I will appreciate recommendations for a brood with kids (5 years old and below)... we're most probably doing the Eagle Center and Samal Inland tour (for the bats)... I intend to go to Eden this time... we will probably do a day tour of Paradise... but what other things speak of family fun there? Other beaches that are near Davao? Yes, keen on nature here!


Plus, recommendations on the best eats please

And inns with the best locations? Thanks so much

Oh and one other thing... how far/how to get to Tuburan Institute from the city?
