pero yung sa tatay ko ewan ko ba kung lamig yun or what pero parang nag-bukol yung likod niya..
question: ang lamig ba bumubukol? or nasa loob lang siya makakapa?

I think lamig is accumulated lactic acid, that's what I read yata. Yung sa father mo, it's best na magpa check up kasi baka cyst or tumor yun. wag niyo po masyado i-palpate.

I've been getting worse MPS on the left side of my upper back (trapezius) lately. I don't know if it's due to the heat or my bedside posture. It's like the whole left side of my trap is jumbled mass of knots. I went to a spa and the therapist went to town with it as she described "ang dami mong lamig dito...". And yes it felt goooood afterwards.
