I've been getting worse MPS on the left side of my upper back (trapezius) lately. I don't know if it's due to the heat or my bedside posture. It's like the whole left side of my trap is jumbled mass of knots. I went to a spa and the therapist went to town with it as she described "ang dami mong lamig dito...". And yes it felt goooood afterwards.
