it could mean a lot of things... seeing the glass half empty could mean that you're being pessimistic/uncontented/lonely/etc. because there's a half that has something but you preferred to see the other half that has nothing.

seeing it half filled on the other hand of course, could mean the total opposite, being optimistic/contented/happy/etc.

the meaning really depends on how you're going to use it.

yup, it means when you see the glass half empty, it means ur pessimistic, if you see it half full, it means ur optimistic

all things in life really depends on the perspective of a person, you will see what you want to see

it really depends on the perception of the person... people often ask this question as a basis of a persons disposition in life... and i should say its absurd.... people have different moods everyday.. asking this question doesn't let you peek into the personality of a person.

Is that a question?

Half-empty is Half-full (eh, di one-half); and one-half of half-full(one-half pa rin) is one-fourth. Which means the glass is a quarter full. Tama ba? Tama ba?

Can you use it in a sentence?

Good point. A person might see the glass as half full and we'e think of that person as optimistic. But if he sees it as half full -- of ****. What does that make the person an optimistic cynic? Hehehe.. that or he's a smart-***..
