hi. i have this problem with stretchmarks and dark skin. i'm a 22 year old male, 130 pounds, and has light complexion. here's my problem:

1. i have loads of stretchmarks on either side of my butt. i really hate them kasi prominent sila. nadyadyahe talaga kasi ako sa kanila and they're among the reasons why i'm afraid of having sex. nahihiya kasi ako. anyone can help, please?

2. another things is, i have noticeably darker skin on my lower back (where the waistline of my pants fall),...and on the crevices below my butt where the edge of my briefs fall (although these are not that dark) eto very dark saakin.lol. nahihiya talaga ako considering that i have a fair complexion. please help! thanks!

What should I use to loose my stretch marks?



My mom and I are having a hard time trusting products that are said to help loose stretch marks.


If you have any recommendation please do tell. I'm sure a lot of people is having the same problems.

There's no way para mawala ang stretch marks. You may only lighten it. You may use whitening lotions para magpantay yung striae. That's what im doing right now. Sinasabayan ko rin ng rosehip oil. Minsan yung Myra-e capsule. Medyo improving naman.

try mo yung palmer's cocoa butter formula lotion at least 2- 3 times a day after maligo , bago matulog , (mabibii sa rustan's or mercurydrug dyan sa pinas) , although hindi na ma restore yung skin mo to its original state pero it will significantly improve how it looks (aalisin yung itim, at magiging mapino yung marks) ---it worked for me

I asked the derma about this, she bluntly told me, wala naman talagang topical cream that will work for stretchmark. Since internal scars na yun. Kelangan procedures... and mahal daw. If hindi naman exposed yung stretchmark... wag nalang pakialaman.,

there's no cure for stretchmarks. exercise and proper diet can help reduce the appearance. lotions can lighten though.

hydrophiliac, don't we all have stretchmarks here and there? It should not hinder you from being intimate with another person I think.

Has anyone experienced dermaroller for stretchmarks? Do you guys know the going rate for 6 sessions?

i have no stretch marks on my tummy, but i have plenty on my butt and hips, maybe because I used to put lots of stretchmarks cream after giving birth on my tummy. I couldn't see my butt so I didn"t know I got plenty there. I didn't actually believe they would work but now I really see the difference. I read from Ophra site that cream with .1% retinoic acid is very good to treat stretch marks, i tried it on my decade old stretch marks and they started peeling and lightened after a week..I seldom apply now as I hate looking at my other flaws on the mirror

*** kapatid ko 17yo male maraming stretchmarks sa likod. hindi siya matabang pumayat. siguro mga 10 lines of stretch marks 4inches long each line at 2mm-3mm thick... we wonder kung paano siya nagkaganun. at those marks run along his spinal column. any inputs doc?
