doc ira, how about stretch marks caused by pregnancy. lalo na below the navel na malalim ang stretch marks? do we have laser surgery now in the philippines that does this?

You should first try exercising. If you have just given birth recently, you should wait a few months because the stretch marks will significantly fade with time. There are laser centers here in Manila for that.

doc ira, di nakuha ng exercise e. 2 & a half yrs n since i gave birth. still any chance w/ laser?

Yup. At that length of time, your scar would already be mature and probably won't shrink further. You can consult a dermatologist here in Manila to see if you can avail of this option and other options available.

At the very least, the stretch marks will be minimized, if it doesn't totally fade.

there's no cure for stretch marks coz the elasticity of the skin is damaged already...u could apply vit E creams...it will help to lighten the marks but it would not take your stretch marks away totally...in vicky belo clinics...they have this skin master where they say that they could lighten the stretch marks up to 80%...no idea how much it costs...

    Lightening stretch marks

okay, it'll especially weird since i'm a guy. weird-er because i weigh less than 124lbs. but see, i began eating a LOT of food to gain weight when i started working out. then i dramatically increased the intensity of my workout. now i managed to maintain my weight at the same weight but when i measured my body fat, it has dropped by like 40%. so good for me. the weight that i actually have is muscle. naturally, my measurements shrunk too because of this. i lost over an inch in my measurements, and i have stretch marks on my biceps, and my shoulders, and my waist area.

    how do you lighten those?
