    Hi!! I'm looking for a gym with a speed treadmill that has a top speed of at least 26km/h. The faster the better. The treadmills in most gyms have only a top speed of 20km/h. When I run at that speed for a couple of minutes it will just slow down and stop. I have to wait for several minutes for it to work again and run at a slower speed.

    Haloo! My gym ba na parang fitness first na nagooffer ng yoga classes, zumba classes, or stuffs like that? . Im still a teenager wanting to lose her "fats" =)) Change of lifestyle narin. Tapos, 1st timer pa ko kaya gusto ko sanang my trainer. Medyo takot lang ako sa eclipse (shaw blvd branch, ang pinakamalapit samin), kasi parang lahat ng nakikita ko dun, nagbo'body building. Kung pumayat man ako, ayokong magkamuscles, i mean yung parang ky vina morales. =)))))) Thanks!

    Getting to that condition doesn't happen easily. Matagal na process yun and at times, others have the genes and some even resort to taking steroids..

    and correction, di po lahat ng nasa eclipse ay nagbobodybuilding. To say someone is "bodybuilding" means you are preparing for a bodybuilding show

    malapit lang ito sa office namain,
    if you only want to lose fats, do cardio exercises(jogging/running, dancing, etc.).

    sana magkaroon ng golds gym sa may mall of asia area o kaya sa may rob place ermita area... haha wala ang ang lalayo kasi ng golds lahat nasa north, meron man sa south pero alabang pa saka makati. no choice ako stay pa rin ako sa fitness first kasi walking distance tas pag moa naman on the way pauwe sa amin. sayang yung time travel pag golds kasi. haha... mas cheaper ang golds kaysa fitness. hehe but i like both gyms.

    meron pala golds gym sa may lucky china town mall sa binondo pero mag byahe pa rin saka ma-traffic kasi dun.. haha out of way pa rin.

    so if I don't do cardio I can't lose fat??? really?? why?? and if I don't do bodybuilding I can't develop a better physique?? please enlighten me since I "must" be doing something "wrong" since I've seen people lean out without doing any cardio and people build better physiques without bodybuilding

    That's wrong sir, resistance training is not equal to bodybuilding, and heavy resistance training is the most efficient and fastest way to burn calories. A thirty minute whole-body weights session done three times a week can burn more calories over time than an hour of Zumba every day.

    Losing body fat is first and foremost calories in versus calories out. And the cheapest way to lose weight is to eat less...

    Do circuit training with compound exercises. That will be superior to anything you have in mind right now.

    Also, heavy weights make you lose fat way faster.

    Lastly, gaining "mass", getting "bulky" WON'T happen unless your eating enough, your male or a female genetic freak, and/or on roids, and your training is specific to such type of mass gain.

    Eclipse is good since they have lots of cages and barbells and that is the best for doing circuits since you will "hog" the cages.
