    Kasama ba ang bungang-araw?

Totoo ba na nagmumula ito dahil sa sobrang hilig kumain ng mangga?

The heat really *is* getting offensive nowadays!

I just had a really bad nosebleed last week, and it was the first time I got one. I also have a cousin who's had around 3 episodes of nosebleed, which I think is caused by the abrupt changes in temperature she experiences throughout the day. (kasi she lives in an airconditioned pad and works in an airconditioned office, tapos when she steps out of her office for lunch, it's so hot bigla! no canteen in the office kasi eh.) So I guess, Lingks, you could add nosebleed to your list. Iwasan ito sa pag-iiwas sa mga pabigla-biglang pagbabago ng temperatura... although I don't see how, if it's really part of your lifestyle.

Kuya Danny, is prickly heat the same as bungang araw? I've had that too, this summer lang. (maybe I should just move to a cooler climate!) If it is, try Fissan Prickly heat powder! I find it very effective.

First time ko marinig yung mangga. What kind daw? Green or yellow?

daming usong sakit specially pag summer....
base on my observation..sore eyes, chicken pox or bulutong(??!!??),nose bleed, prickly heat & many others...
sa sore eyes, hawa-hawa kasi yon eh!!! virus kasi...accdng to my grandma, try daw yung uni,the medicine can be bought sa chinese drugstore sa ongpin...effective talaga!
bulutong..para daw lumabas agad, u have to eat egg...yung nde hard boiled...semi-hard boiled lang para daw lumabas lahat tsaka para nde na rin ma-experience ulit...baka daw kasi bumalik pa...sabi-sabi lang...not so sure abt it!
nose bleed: it was caused by the heat that we r experiencing..there r other people(that includes me) na nde nag-b-bleed yung nose pero maraming nakaka-experience non...basta, once u experience that, upo ka lang tapos parang itingala mo yung head mo tapos lagyan ng ice bag or basang bimpo para ma-ease yung pag-b-bleed.
tama c Clefairy, try mo yung fissan kasi effective yon...
