regarding healthcard...only one dependent allowed for the HMO?
is there any chance that you can enroll and pay a certain percentage for the addl dependents?
i'm interested but hmo benefits also matters coz i have 3 dependents...been working in a cc for 4 1/2 yrs now handled all outbound acct..prefered dayshift coz i used to handle australian acct before for 2 1/2 yrs..

pag hindi ba IT related course hindi na pwede sa tsr post? Me knowledge naman kse ako sa ADSL troubleshooting.

you cant. AFAIK requirement yun. even if you manage to get in, there will be no growth here for TSRs without IT-related courses or CISCO certifications.

ok naman dito, i worked here as an adsl engineer, totoo yun 110 to 120 faults per day talaga. tapos yung sa tsr's ng adsl at csr, wholeday queueing, pahirapang mag break, tapos 1x kalang pwede mag short break 15 mins. minsan pag minalas kakastart pa *** ng shift pinag lulunch na para mamaya pag pasok ng queue ndi ka na maglulunch. force OT rin at RDOT, paid naman kaso minsan 7day straight then next week 6day straight. basic ***** for tsr is 22k +3k allowance.

im just wondering kc almost 3 weeks n *** application namin no reply p din from the hr.. they said na we did passed the inital interview and there is still waiting for their counter part s australia regarding dun s final.. kc *** kasama ko na sinahman ko mag pass nang application is naka pag inital then final then he is already having is training.. just wondering *** na ma hihired b kami or we really failed the interview . coz no response eh..

i actually dunno how things are with HR but, based on usual observations, a probable issue which the sydney folks found out is that your course does not match the csr/tsr post.

i suggest looking for other opportunities.

ganun din nangyari sa akin, IT Helpdesk inapplyan ko. Either Monday or Tuesday daw sila ako kokontakin para sa approval galing sa Sydney. Kanina lang ako nagapply. Mabilis ba sila magbigay ng results dito?
