the 1987 Constitution should be suspended, along with the dissolution of Congress, the Supreme Court and the lower courts. writ of habeas corpus should be suspended as well...

overthrow them through BLOODLESS MILITARY MEANS... and the country must be lead by a 11-man council of which NONE of the members must be affiliated with the current political establishment. the chairman of the council will act as the Head of State and Government of the Philippines. the council will lead the country during the "eight year transition period"...

a new Constitution must be drafted three months after the country was taken over by the council. one provision that must be done will be change of form of government from Presidential to FEDERAL PARLIAMENTARY (similar to Germany) with a figurehead president and the prime minister becoming the head of government (this will effectively take away the right of electing the chief executive from the people).

a GAG ORDER must be placed on the Roman Catholic Church and other religions of the country to effectively implement the separation of church and state.


SINGAPORE-LIKE POLICIES AND LAWS must be implemented to instill DISCIPLINE and PATRIOTISM in the Filipino... in short, LIMITED DEMOCRACY... stiff penalties (e.g. minimum fine of P100,000 at pagpalo ng yantok sa likod at puwet 1,000 times for any petty offense) for petty offenses PARA MATUTO ang mga tao.

we just hope the next president can move this country fast out of this corrupt bureaucracy, centralized political system, mismanaged economy and cultural mess we are in. we need to move in one direction, united in one goal and purpose. No more bickerings and get to work. Everyone from ordinary employees, employers and importers should pay their taxes. The government should use these taxes to the benefit of the people. The money is there but it is not being collected efficiently and utilized correctly. The government should build and modernize basic infrastuctures. This would create jobs and would benefit the whole country.
