kung ibabase ko yung experience ko madali lang siya kc hindi indian ang nag-interview sa akin kung hindi american yata. tapos nung mga sumunod na batch eh indian na. kaya pala tinanong kami isa isa ng ano ba ang ginawa sa amin sa interview para iinprove nila *** hiring process nila. kaya hayun medyo nag-higpit. mas malaki ang chance mo kung may call center experience ka pero swerte ng iba sa amin (first batch) kahit fresh grad tinatanggap ngayon medyo naghigpit na.

Dun ba sa John Clements, after passing their screening process, doon ba eh nabigyan AGAD ng sked for the final interview with Sutherland or was it the same like with ACCL na it takes a while before magka-schedule?
