sa ngayon pantay pantay p lang ang sweldo namin kc puro trainees pa lang kami. may kbatch din ako ng undergrad.
suth_agent Any tips on how to pass the final interview, kasi ang client yung mag-iinterview (Indian/s daw) eh baka kabahan lang ng konti, like anu-ano mga tanong nila and stuff? Wala pa akong sked ng final interview from Asia CC Link eh.
Basic questions po:
1. Basic Pay? 14k basic pay + 2100 food allowance + 2100 transpo allowance + 20% night diff , kaya lang all taxable yan
2. Are they hiring TL's/Trainers/Managers? as of now ala p mas priority daw ang first batch *** super papansin kami sa mga british especially during our training kc na ka sit in sila
3. Do they have a non-compete clause? as of now wala pa ***** sa mga susunod na batch

Comprehensive information can be found in The Black Book of Outsourcing. The highly anticipated The Black Book of Outsourcing is scheduled for US release April 25, 2005 and worldwide release on May 6, 2005.
The Black Book of Outsourcing will be available wherever books are sold.
About the Black Book of Outsourcing:
Touted as the most timely and relevant business book of the year, The Black Book of Outsourcing has remained on the pre-order bestseller list for the last nine weeks by US and international book distributors and book seller chain outlets. It will be available in US Book Stores on April 25.
Authors and outsourcing gurus Douglas Brown and Scott Wilson chart a course for business leaders charged with managing outsourcing initiatives and describe how those who have lost jobs to outsourcing can land on their feet by taking advantage of new opportunities in the outsourcing industry.
Amid the controversy, outsourcing has being discussed on the Presidential campaign trail, and is also reaching dramatically into conference and boardrooms across the country. The charged politics- on national and individual levels - too often obscures the facts of this new economic and business reality. The Black Book of Outsourcing offers comprehensive coverage, proven tactics, trustworthy advice and the practical side of getting it done.

^ I already have call center experience. So what you're saying is that higher ang chances to get hired if me experience ka?

^ Makapag-follow-up call nga sa Asia Call Center Link this Monday, ndi pa nila ako tinatawagan re: sked of the final interview. Baka kasi mas mabilis mag-process yung sa John Clements kaya? Hmmm...
I just called Asia CC Link. Sabi nila wala pa rin daw silang sked ng final interviews from the client. Makes me think that if I passed my resume' through John Clements baka napabilis pa.
Dun ba sa John Clements, after passing their screening process, doon ba eh nabigyan AGAD ng sked for the final interview with Sutherland or was it the same like with ACCL na it takes a while before magka-schedule?![]()
