    sutherland carmona question

    nag apply ako sa sutherland carmona last may 23, for TSR and I was just wondering panu ba recruitment process dito? na initial interview ako and then I saw na passed ako which the HR head wrote down on my paper/checklist sumthin' and then she told me to go back at 4pm, but then suddenly *** HR assistant told me na ttwagan nlng daw for final interview, ganun din sabi sa mga nauna sakin na ininterview but until now *** pang call? should I wait ba or move on??=) thanks!

    *if you decided to accept the JO, iperfect mo ng mabuti ang BANK FORM..write legibly, make sure parepareho signatures, tama mga information nilalagay mo and make sure na mahusay ang pagkakadikit ng 1x1 picture mo sa bank form. madami kasing horror stories dito na confident ka na sasahod ka tas on the day ng claiming ng atm mo, BOOM wala ka pala account sa BDO... and BDO will tell you that they send the form back to HR. pero HR will not care to rely to you the info. ikaw na lang makakadiskubre...
    *ok naman accounts dito and management. sa hr and payroll ka lang mababadtrip dito kasi ang misinformation dito wagas! at ang timekeeping system nila wagas din sa husay kaya talamak ang payroll disputes dito.     apply ako dito kanina. nung nagpunta ako sa pasong tamo, sabi saken sa cubao yung recruitment. nag-online exam na ko tapos punta daw ako sa taguig kasi yung recruitment officer, wala sa cubao-nasa taguig. so, punta naman ako sa taguig. mejo naguluhan lang ako sa recruitment kasi di ko alam kung san na ba ko. pinapalitan kasi nila yung color ng id mo pag tapos ka na sa isang step. yung id ko violet pa rin pero dapat pala yellow or pink na. pero, madali naman siya-kala ko nga di ako pasado sa exam. parang wala nga akong nakita na di nagfinal interview although di ako sure kung natuloy sila for j.o. mabait din yung recruitment officers nila. tinanong ako what I know about the company-sabi ko lang, alam ko malaki mag-offer ang sutherland,hehe. yung sa ibang company na in-applyan ko, mega research pa ko about the company, history and responsibilites ng post-waley din. mabait din yung nag-final interview saken.     Ok sa Intuit Suth Taguig. Depende sa LOB kung Q-ing. Medyo may pagka seasonal naman kasi ito, accounting software related to tax kasi ang support mo. May mga newly opened LOB's dito sa Taguig, like Websites and Online. Yung iba dito, wala pang 1 year, SME na agad. Ok ang galawan. Medyo focused sa sales nga lang kahit tech ka.
