    I've tried all of the above recipies and none of them even came close to the taste of a "kalye style" fish ball sauce. Any other suggestions on how to make a matamis, matamis - anghang, and maanghang fishball/squidball sauce?

    help naman please... pano ba gumawa ng fishball sauce? any variations will do... kahit yung katulad ng nilalako sa daan (the "brown sauce" saka yung spicy version nya and yung suka version.. actually mas better kung yun)... o kaya yung parang sweet and spicy chli sauce na red.... pleaseee share naman ng recipes nyo.. tnx!!

    Palagay ko linalagyan ng Sprite ang sauce. Kahit sa sauce ng barbecue, may Sprite e, para manamis-namis.

    Question Paano magluto ng fishball sauce na kasingsarap nung sa naglalako?

    Hindi ko alam kung bakit ang sarap sarap ng fishball sauce ng mga naglalako. Hindi naman siguro yung sari-saring laway ang sikreto dun.

    Yung niluluto ko kasi hindi masarap. Lasang toyo. Ganito ginagawa ko (original recipe ko):

    1/3 cup each of toyo, vinegar and sugar
    1 cup water

    I'd boil them then i'd add
    1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1-2 tablespoon water

    I tried adding some banana ketchup pero ang sagwa pa rin ng lasa. Lasa pa ring toyo. Binawasan ko na yung toyo hanggang sa patak patak na lang lasa pa ring toyo. Lasang toyo! Pano ba yung tama? Yung masarap.

    brown sugar, sili, cornstarch, water, onions, garlic

    8 cloves garlic, minced
    1 1/2 T sugar
    1/4 t salt
    1/2 t ground black pepper
    1 T + 1 t vinegar
    1 T soy sauce
    3/4 cup water
    1 T cornstarch

    Mix all ingredients until cornstarch is completely dissolved. Cook over low flame until slightly thick.

    Fishball sauce

    pwede po ba makahingi ng ingredients and proper measurement para makagawa ng fishball sauce (sweet, spicy)? i tried the one i found in the web but its not quite right. i wanted to search the site but i cant find the search function.

    vinegar, sugar, water, pepper, cornstarch, sili. u can mix it according to u taste.

    sa isang mix bowl pagsama-samahin mo lang ito then pakuluan

    1 cup of water
    2 tbps of soysouce
    5 tbps sugar

    then mag-mix ka uli ng 3tbsp of flour (or tantyahin mo na lang) sa water then ihalo mo dun sa kumukulong mixture mo.....pag medyo ok na yung lapot ihalo mo yung hiniwang siling labuyo...then konting durog na paminta....

    ok na....meron ka ng fish ball sauce....
