fiamm is ok kaso dami fakes. check out stebel magnums.
I'm using Hella twin-tone horns (P700-800). Ok naman siya. It has the "pot-pot" sound.
You can also try Bosch, it has the "ping-ping" sound, but it's twice the price of Hella (P1600-1800)
My preference is with the Bosch brand (yung black na malaki) but the downside is it's expensive and sensitive to water (so i always cover it pag engine wash).
Value for money (malakas na maganda tunog) - FIAMM (just make sure it's not fake so get it from a reputable shop.
AFAIK Fiamms ang stock horn ng Expedition. OK naman sya. Loud but not too annoying. Sarap pakinggan sa side streets ng Makati. Nag-eecho kasi from the buildings hehe.
True, i like horns to be loud but not annoying... the Stebel Nautilus is bordering on annoying (high pitch and loud) which may irritate some people IMO.Originally Posted by SeminaristaKuno
The FIAMM-like sound is also preferred by the Germans.
i have fiamm with a bosch relay... nice...=)
If you want the best in horns, try nyo Mitsuba horns. I've been using it for a couple of years na. Malakas at buo yung sound nya.
anong usual brands na malalim yung tunog? mashado mataas yung horn ng honda city e..
FIAMM or Stebel Magnums.Originally Posted by phat_azz_TKD

I've tried Bosch. No good pag nabasa. sira na.
ang in ***** na horn *** parang sa porsche, in order to get the same note u must install 2 sets of fiamm with a bosch relay and remove the low note horn. it should be 2 high notes and 1 low..... and fabricate its support replace it with harder brackets to prevent vibrations coming out from the horn... enjoy it! and keep it as a secret! (ngek dina secret) =)
how much ba fiamm na horn?(uyyyy may balak) haha
around 500 pesos then the relay costs another 150
I want to go beside those maniacal jeepney drivers and clean out their ear drums through to the other side...yung super lakas talaga, any suggestions pls?
I have a pair of FIAMMs and a Stebel Nautilus and irritating is what I was aiming at when I got them.

Nagdadgad lang ako ng konti for the wires and install.
