hi there! My friends and I will be going to Bolinao by 2nd of November , would also appreciate if anyone could share yung mga itinerary and same with the budget Baka commute kasi kami, we're around 5-7pax.

We plan kasi to stay in Treasures of Bolinao since maganda yung rock formation, pero attracted naman ako sa infinity pool ng puerto del mar ...so gusto sana suggest na mag tig isang gabi kami sa Treasures, Puerto del mar and Puerto del sol to check if tlagang magaganda tong mga resort na to worth naman kaya???

Any other resort to suggest?

it seems ok na din sa Villa Carolina Beach Resort, masyado kasi pricey sa punta riviera and puerto del sol...

We went to Bolinao last Saturday, September 27 and stayed at Rock Garden Resort. Mura lang ang accomodation 1750 for the family room which can accomodate 7 people kung sosobra may additional 150 per head. Maganda yung place may mini zoo, billiards, videoke, olympic size swimming pool and kiddie pool, yun nga lang madumi yung cr ng family room.

gano po kalayo ang bolinao-alaminos or alaminos-bolinao.. kasi what if magstay po kami sa isang beach resorts sa bolinao and plan to add sa itinerary *** hundred islands na tour? kaya po ba? ilang hours po if may travel by land?

tapos if coming from dagupan (manaoag) anu pong sasakyan to get to bolinao?! ano din po mas malapit? manaoag-alaminos or manaoag-bolinao?

^ its approximately 1 hour from Alaminos to Bolinao. If you will stay in Bolinao, you can tour Hundred Islands on the way back home.

imo, the beaches here aren't worth the travel unless your primary intention is to go visit the hundred islands marine park and go to bolinao on the side.

why you may ask, the sand is dark and isn't pretty, the water isn't as clear as you'd like it to be, and the beaches are filthy in some areas. just in case you are wondering, i stayed at the puerto del sol resort 2 or 3 yrs ago.

^ yep i wonder where do people get the inspiration to go here. same with pagudpud beach, i never really liked them. not worth the travel at least for me.

Ask lang po, anu mo mas preferred niyo na beach resort "treasures of bolinao", "puerto del sol" or "punta riviera"?

at bolinao, you have to go to patar beach. although not exactly white sand, it is attractive enough and clean enough. puerto del sol has an ugly beach.

at ilocos, maira-ira cove (about 30 mins away from pagudpud) has all the white sand goodness that we all crave.

well, if it's any consolation, i did like the set-up of puerto del sol. it was pretty. this in turn made me didn't mind the prices. just wished the beach was better.

didn't know that you have to go to patar beach when in bolinao. unfortunately, i don't think going all the way to this place will be worth it regardless.

and i know that this might be ot, but i disagree with the person who doesn't like pagudpud either. i see pagudpud as as extension of the ilocos region which i view as a historical minefield that every pinoy must see. really pretty. plus it helps that pagudpud's beaches, especially blue lagoon, are miles better than what i've seen in bolinao.

btw, i went to both pagudpud and bolinao in one long drive of a holiday 2-3 yrs ago.
