paano ba iconfigure setup. dumating na kasi antena saka cables pero pa naman nila ikinakabit yung sa akin. ako na lang magkabit. basta i-connect la ba cables may connection ka na?

dineliver na yung equipment, cables, patch cord, antenna, adaptor, etc. dineliver lang. e sabi susunod na yung magkakabit o magko-configure. wala naman na. ano ba ang configuration nito? basta i-conncet lang ba yung cable sa antenna then yung patch cord sa NIC sa PC? kung dynamic IP niya, wala na bang ibang iko-confiure, halimbawa sa browser?

To everyone thinking of applying my advise is DON'T, crappy service and product... It's been 1 1/2 months now since I applied and the most I got was 36 hours straight connection and it would often go down for several days straight...

you can't install it on your own because the antenna has to be in direct line-of-sight to the nearest base station plus there are certain base station configurations etc.. i doubt you have the base station IDs naman so I guess the best thing to do is follow up. I suppose you applied for Smart WiFi (provincial) right?

san location mo? hmmm... yun ang catch kaya low price sha.. sa totoo lang I don't trust them, dame na kaseng complaints. nobody knows kung sino susunod na victim ng poor service nila kase depende din malamang sa location. buti sana kung ita-try mo lang at anytime pwede ka kumalas if palpak,kaso may 1 year contract eh.

samrt wi fi ko sa bulacan, ok naman connection speed, 15 kbps DL speed, for 788 a month pwede na, hintay ko na lang october para bumilis. Bilis din naman pwedeng pang World of Warcraft.

ok naman sya. may shop ako sa bulacan... nakashare sya in 6 PCs... pag ragnarok online lahat ng pc, di naman sya ganong naglalag wag lang may magse-surf... download speed ko 15KB/sec to 16KB/sec...

excited na rin ako sa october... para maging 256kbps na speed. alam ko dito sa manila 768kbps ang package sa meridian...

naka-subscribe ako sa 988/month nila (288kbps). Wala akong reklamo sa service nila as of now (one month ko nang gamit). Ang problem ko lang is yung hard disk ko, mapupuno ko na 80Gb kakadownload. DL speed ko ranges from 80 to a max of 160Kbps

ayos, okey na connection ko, hehehe! mabilis naman sa browsing pati downloading. 128kbps lang maximum pero by october daw magiging 256kbps. tuguegarao city po ang location ko.

their tech-support sucks .. if you're a frequent caller, you'd learn how to do the "ping" "ipconfig" what-nots .. and if they're going to escalate the problem to the L2, then mas magiging malala problema.. why? because ang bagal nila kumilos .. the L1 would say na it would take them 24hrs para malaman yung problem, pero 48 hours na or more, nde pa rin naaayos, wala ka ding makukuhang feedback sa kanila. . tsk tsk ..

I paid for my subscription last Friday. How long before the Meridian guys show up at my door?

Customer service has been so-so. Applied online, didn't hear a peep from them and it's been two weeks now. Luckily, I found a sales agent here in PEx (in the Classifieds forum) whom I met up with so I could fill-up the application form. Paid through BDO two days after.

I sure hope their service is better the than the dial-up I'm leaving.

No idea about the disconnection fee.

to those who work for Meridian:
care to explain why the download speed that i'm getting is stuck at 30kbps?? i've tried downloading 2 simultaneous files via BitTorrent, and pinaghahatiaan nila yung 30 kbps? even when i download at PLDTPLAY.com, max speed was 15-20kbps? unlike before, i could download at 100kbps speed?

habang dumadami yata nagpapakonek eh bumabagal ang smart wifi? may mga time pa na di ka maka-browse pero puwede namang mag-chat at mag-download thru p2p. problema lang sa web browsing siguro. pero pansin ko din mabagal ang downloading talaga di pa nga umabot ng 100kbps sa akin. suwerte na kung aabot ng 25kbps hanggang 60kbps.

I'm in QC... I already decided to terminate my account... service really really sucks...

pareho tau,at pareho pa naman taung taga marikina...
30kbps na rin lang ang download speed ko,wala ng burst speed na up to 135kbps download speed...hay,those were the days....
