usually naman, mababa lang talaga yung percentage ng pumapasa. pero sobrang nawi-wierduhan ako sa process ng RMH. masyado cyang matagal/mabagal tas picky pa ***. *** 1st part palang na u have to introduce yourself in a group of 10, madami nang natatanggal. with the exam naman, reading comprehension *** main part. 4 passages tas 20 minutes ata *** time limit. for me, nahihirapan akong sumagot ng reading comprehension dahil pwedeng iba *** interpretation ko kesa dun sa answer key. plus, pwede kang pumasa sa exam but you still have to pass the required percentage para sa position mo. ewan ko din kung bat ganun...

    pinakamahirap yung sa etel...

sa eperformax, ok lang pero sobrang haba...

so far, peoplesupport has the best exam/interview process...madali lang yung mga exams/interview, and you'll know right away if u make the cut or not...

Why would you want to consider call centers who provide you the easy way in? These are usually the call centers who give you the hardest time while you're with them, and an even easier way out their company. Here's my 2-cents worth on the subject. The things you achieve taking the road less taken, are usually the things you would appreciate for the rest of your life. Don't sell yourself short. Chin up young one! See what you're made of!

It is normal to have a 2 percent acceptance rate for international call centers.

The trap is when you are sent to an account where the product training is deliberately shortened to cut on costs. Example: a telecom account where the product training in the US is three months but was cut down to 6 weeks in the Philippines. marami akong bubwit...

The beginning of the end starts when one underestimates what he is about to face . Call Centers have varying recruitment processes. Others may appear to be easier than the rest but it all boils down to how confident you are with your qualifications . You may ace all the test call centers throw your way. But if you do not have the right personality, attitude and drive most of the companies in the industry is looking for, then you'd definitely have a hard time landing a job in this neck of the woods .

bottomline, bago mag-aaply sa call center, be sure na super articulate ka sa English language, if not, forget about it !

I beg to differ. Sablay rin ang mga HR personnel nila mag-interview. Pati accent sablay. Yung exam, unnecessarily lengthy tapos maliit lang pala offer. Sus!

PeopleSupport ang pinaka-impressive ang screening process.

    hands down!!!

hardest, longest, most difficult recruitment process IS:

    S I E M E N S

u already passed the interview, the tests, went through training after training then acceptance board after acceptance board, and still your employment is not yet certain!!

and speaking of interviews, i've seen people with experience, good people in terms of working, bottomline, fail the first parts of it.

    'nuff said!!

1st one is phone interview as in tatawagan ka sa cellphone mo. I think here they just wanna know if you have good English accent and if your voice is nice and clear over a phone.
about this, anlabo, kasi tumawag sa akin ang eTel because someone refered me to them. strange part is that hindi ko kilala kung sino ang nag-refer sa akin. same with my friend, though ibang name ang nagrefer s kanya, pareho naming hindi kilala.

    Lightbulb Teletech customer mgmt.

i know di masyadong popular ang teletech na located near SM mall of Asia sa roxas blvd..but fm the way things goes in that company where i belong..sobrang enjoy me and even other people that works there. u could try. dun lang ata ako nakakita ng pinakamakulay at mala fiesta ang arrangement ng workstations. kaya if you pass the exams , training pa lang , u'll really enjoy..di naman mahirap ang exam. ok lang. don't be afraid to try plus ang mga tao, di naman talaga super english..as in down to earth and napakaapproachable ng mga TL's.

Siemens ang sumubok ng aking pasensya sa pagantay... almost 2mos. in the making ang application... they don't settle for good agents, they need better employees if not the best

just wonderin...does it mean pag matagal kang naghintay it's the hardest na...well one can have his application processed in just a week but had to undergo interview after interview and exam after exam while one can wait for months spending most of the time waiting for a call...

talaga bang super english sa pag apply?pano kung magaling ka naman but due to nervousness, you stutter,or the nervousness is recognizable in your voice ,but you really speak english fluently.

  15. #35
panu mo mapapatunayang fluent ka kung nagstutter ka? mas ook pa nga na feeling mo hindi ka fluent pero napapaniwala mo yung HR na fluent ka...hehhehehe peace!

as i've said,"temporarily" caused by nervousness, esp.if it was your very first job interview.anyway, imo, the HR should look past this temporary phase.but i can't blame them if they do since there could be some more jobseekers who can meet the qualifications more rigidly.

when you're fluent, you're fluent period.but there can be some factors that will hinder it from getting through in certain situations.

when you're fluent, you're fluent period.but there can be some factors that will hinder it from getting through in certain situations.----->exactly! so dapat patunayan sa HR kasi usually sa call center (based on my past experiences) yung mag nagstutter during initial interview pa lang sasabihin nila "I'll be calling you for the update, If you don't here from any of our HR staff it means you din't meet the minimum qualification, you can re-apply after 3 mo."

try nyo dito sa rmh, it's inside abs-cbn, refer ko kayo =)

i'm not an agent here though. i'm in the IT dept...

i've seen a lot of guys who perform well on the initial interviews here but still they fail...i wonder how the HR dept here chooses qualified candidates...but i'd say, they really are good =)
