    Baliktad na Sulat

Yung anak ko kasi na 5 yrs old eh baliktad sumulat ng numbers, yung 9 nya parang P, yung 3 parang E, as in from 1 to 9, pati yung linya sa ibabaw ng 1 eh nasa right, ano kayang diprensya nito? kasi parang dati eh nakikita namin syang mag umpisa sumulat eh sa kaliwa, ngayon eh kanan na, hindi kaya yon? kahit anong turo ko eh bumabaliktad pa rin pag nakalimutan na.

    dislexia siguro?

ur child has a problem wd sensory processing.. the reversal of letters n numbers r actually indicative of a learning disability/problem (dyslexia).. i suggest u seek an occupational therapist or a sped teacher.. theyspecialize wd this kind of problems.

    dyslexia: difficulty in reading

    so hindi po yun dyslexia...
but it can lead to that in the future kapag hindi na-correct..

tama, sometimes kahit na left handed yung bata, pinipilit maging right handed...sometimes it can lead to confusion... nagkaka-reversal sa symbols (letters and nos.) lalo na pag sudden ang pag-force na baguhin ang handedness... sometimes kasi hindi ganun kabilis ang brain sa pag-process on the appropriate way of writing or making letters and nos. kaya as a compensation pabaligtad ang pagkakasulat ng letra or numero (parang mirroring kumbaga)

sensory-perceptual skills deficit, to be more specific...
and yes, we (occupational therapists) provide different visual and fine motor exercices to correct the problem...

What's so bad about being left-handed? If the child prefers to be left-handed, let him be left-handed and see if there are still some troubles with his writing skills, if none, then let him be. I know a lot of left handed when they were young and somehow are able to be ambi-dextrous, able to write with both left and right hand.
Never force a child to do some other thing when he felt normal in what he is doing, because he might get confuse and develop low self-esteem, like what he is, is not good enough.

based daw kay Jean Paiget, there are 4 stages of Cognitive Development

and yung anak mo, nasa 2nd stage pa lang.. meron pang 3 and 4.. dont worry

den i always ask her why...sabi nya kc raw pag kakain ang karaniwang hawak raw ng mga left-handed sspoon e left..*** fork s right...e bastos raw pag ganun...

    tyka mas ok pag right-handed...
pag maraming gadgets and things na for right-handed lang nakadesign...
basta mas maganda pag right handed
