You talking about Management Engineering people? I have to admit, meron talagang mayayabang. But we shouldn't generalize. My batch - siguro mga 10% lang yung talagang mayayabang.

If they can back their airs with something, then fine. I have to agree, there really are ME majors who breathe kayabangan, but these are usually the people who have all the rights to boast. I admire these people's drive for excellence, academically and otherwise. Some people do get intimidated with their 'culture' when, in fact, they should be emulated.

ano namang kinayabang ng ME student. may gf akong ME student non, mabait naman, hindi ko lang talaga maintindihan ang course nya. nasa banking industry sya ngayon. saan ba dapat kayo pupunta???

well, they are always talking about how it's the hardest(?) and most prestigious course in the Ateneo daw. i wouldn't know about that. but to be safe, i'm staying on my brother's good side!

Ako ME student ako, sa tingin ko wala naman dapat pinagyayabangan we are all students studying in Ateneo, pero sad to say meron talagang mayayabang diyan and sila pa yung mga walang karapatang magyabang. sometimes hiyang hiya na nga ako if may nakikita akong nagyayabang, but thankfully ilan lang ang mga talagan mayayabang, just hope that all the hot air in them would lift them off the ground and take them away

Just a clarification.

Ateneo's Management Engineering is actually a MISNOMER since it is not recognized by the CHED as a real Engineering course(i.e. Mechanical Eng'g, Chemical Eng'g, Electrical Eng'g, etc.) since it lacks the basic core engineering subjects that are found in all engineering courses.

So Ateneo's Management Engineering course is actually just a Management course with more Math subjects.
