san po un dorothy perkins? kita ko un products nila online ang cute nga
hello all, sway is the best plus sized shop ive been to so far. They are kinda out of the way, but really worth the travel for. I came from alabang pa, i saw their ad on the philstar, and it is really a place i wouldnt hesitate to go to again and again kahit malayo. The prices are gr8 too! their pieces are pang mga nights out and parties, dressy tops, not much on casuals, they are sexy, sophisticated styles that u can wear on specil dates and stuff. i got to preview their swimsuits also, cutie! but next week pa daw available so i will hav to go back. check them out, u wont be disappointed!
where is it located?
sway is located in Sta. Mesa...sorry, i don't know the exact location (coz i'm bad with directions! buti nalang may driver ako!)...but here's their cell#09173243377...you can try texting them nalang for the directions...comparatively nga, mas mura sa sway kaysa sa luscious, faro, tubby and of course, marks and spencer...and yes, they have really dressy tops, skirts and pants...not much on casual pieces...they can even repair the clothes you'll buy if hindi sakto yung fit sa iyo--while you wait!!! and the owner, prim, is very nice and accommodating...they carry sizes 8-28 nga pala...goodluck and happy shopping!!!![]()
does sway only carry women's clothes?
sorry, i believe they only have plus sized women's clothes. Sway is along Santol street, they are beside seaoil in Santol street, i dont know their exact address, but it is very easy to find, once u get to santol street in sta mesa, u can ask where seaoil is and their building is ryt beside seaoil. =) cheerbear already posted their cell num, their landline is 7143725. Happy shopping!!!
You guys know where fashion designer Edward Teng's shop is? Columbian Towers in Santol, Sta. Mesa...the Seaoil station is across it and beside that naman, is SWAY! You won't regret going to that shop...my mom had the grandest time trying out a lot of clothes there! Parang gustong bilhin lahat eh!![]()

I'm super plus sized. I wear size 3x American ha. 3x in the PI is small kasi. One good source for relatively cheap clothes meant for export to the US is to go to the Karl Edwards bazaar. They hold it several times a month either in the NBC Tent or dun sa Roxas (dunno where there). I go to the NBC one since dun ako mas malapit. I was able to buy nice coats, shorts, exercise suits, shirts there. I love my pambahay shorts which I got for 100 to 150 pesos.
I'm thinking of making an online petition for retailers to offer plus-sized clothings. As of this moment, I don't know how to go about it pero if somebody here wants to help, PM me or join the International Size Acceptance Association Philippines mailing list. Dumadami ang plus-sized sa Pinas and I think it's the right time to urge clothing manufacturers to offer NICE clothes for the abundant femmes. And hommes na rin
I love DP!!! Yun lang and they have up to size 18 so your sis wont have problems unless she's bigger than that.
I also liked miss selfridge dati and they have clothes up to size 14 I dont know why they pulled it out.
Me too ! I love Dorothy Perkins ! Reasonably priced and good fit. I got slacks like Marks and Spencers but for half the price. They have new styles every Thursday ...
*** about corporate clothes? san ba mgnda and affordable?
i've tried sa sm north dept store pro konti *** blazers nila dun..*** gs2 nung sinukat ko na..ano bang mgndang style ng blazer?
try Karl Edwards International Bazaar at the Fort. A lot of the sellers there are exporters so they carry big sizes and most are corporate wear. Di ko lang alam kung kelan ulit yung bazaar but I think they hold it at least twice a month on weekends. It's at the NBC tent.
What's Sway's website? thanks.
thanks too, very much for the tip on dorothy perkins.
BTW where can i get plus sized tankinis? 34 din waist ko.
sa apple & eve din pala in galleria & market market. apple & eve is even cheaper than kamiseta & bayo. Up to size XXL. great, comfy & in-style.
