Stayed at Lagen Island a couple of years back. We had full board meals, all the activities the island had to offer (island hopping, diving, night fishing, windsurfing, kayaking and hiking) and the plane fare were all inclusive. I believe we paid about $400 a person for Lagen Island.

Nandun pa nga si Bea Zobel and her 3 kids during the time we were there. They went there by their own chartered plane and stayed at the more expensive island houses.

Tip -- go to their private beach island as early as possible while avoiding 'peak' hours. Hindi yung pangulasian ha. Yung maliit na island lang na may bbq grill and cr. Eat at Miniloc whenever possible. They have better food there now. hehehe.

Oh. and when going to the lagoons, have one of their guys row for you. Seriously. It's seriously tiring. hahaha.

el nido on a budget hehe

nandun kami last week =)you can do el nido in just 2.5K if you are in puerto princesa na. 2,6oo -- fare to puerto princesa (pp)

    eto budget namin:

250-- bus fare eulen joy bus going to el nido. three trips lang ang ginagawa ng mga bus. so bus leaves pp ng 5, 7, and 9 am.this part is really a sacrifice kasi 7 hours ride plus sobrang sakit sa katawan hehe

500- 2 days accom sa elnido og's place. 500 per night yung room good for 2. actually maarte pa kami kasi may 300 room god for 2 kaso common cr.

500- island hopping tour with lunch na sa island un hehe this is super sulit! maiksi lang kasi *** time namin if you want really see elnido you need 3 days to see all the island tours. pero 1.5k lang yng 3 days na un with lunch

we spent around 700 pesos sa food namin. may murang food naman. kung medyo class medyo 150 per meal. try the alternative cafe-its a vegan resto super sarap ng food and good ambiance too! you can also buy fresh seafoods then paluto na lang sda market- mas makakamura ka dito.

500- fare pauwi sa pp. medyo pasosyal na *** so nagvan kami pauwi kay mas mahal *** fare but mas comfy naman.

    hope nakatulong ako hehe

great pics commoner! We're planning to go to palawan this May or June. Coron pa lang na research ko. I was thinking of going to Puerto Princesa, Coron and now seeing the pictures, parang gusto ko na rin ng El Nido. All out Palawan adventure

I know there's a boat ride to puerto princesa to coron 6 hours ride. waterwell said there's also a trip going to puerto princesa to El nido. Question is, is there a trip going to coron to el nido? How much kaya yung travel expenses. I was thinking Puerto Princesa, then Coron, the El nido. Or is there a better route? Any suggestions? please. Thanks!

pagka-alam ko, mahirap yata kung patalon-talon ka. either coron/busuanga lang, princessa lang, or el nido lang. kasi mga flights papunta dun sa 3 na yun....

el nido is like a private resort of islands, i doubt you'd find time to go anywhere else. hindi ka rin basta basta makakapunta dun w/o reservation.

Lagen Island Water Cottage - P15/person/night inclusive of ticket, lodging, food (buffet 3x a day) and activities.

safe ba pumunta ng palawan?? wala na ba *** mga milf?? lol

el nido reserve is patrolled by the philippine navy and philippine coast guard. north palawan siya unlike dos palmas which is southern palawan.

Hi, Commoner. Just need more info from you... where did you book your Lagen Island package? with a booking agent or straight with el nido resorts?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    just wondering. thanks again.
