LTO Car Registration Assistance

Kamamatay lang ng tatay ko at sa kanya nakapangalan yung rehistro ng kotse namin. We were advised to no longer declare the car as part of the estate and to just have ownership transferred directly. Posible nga kaya yon? Due na next week for registration yung sasakyan. Ipapalipat namin sa pangalan ng nanay ko, kaso iba na ang address. Anu-ano kayang ipapakita sa LTO?

you see, just bought a 2nd hand car and i need to process the change of ownership right? the things is, i lost the original or and cr. i only have the photocopy in the car. how can i proceed with my registration ang change of ownership? can an affidavit of loss help? thanks!

If you read the previous post, my same po na situation dun,
In the first place, you can not process the transfer of your ownership if you dont have the original CR...
But you can renew your registration naman kung xerox lang ang hawak mo.

magpapaduplicate CR ka *** kung saan ang mother file.. i mean yung first registration mo or check mo yung MV File no# ng CR. kung saan LTO agency yun... dun ka magpapaduplicate ng CR..
Pero you need muna na kumuha ng clearance and verification sa LTO-central.
Syempre dapat my Affidavit of loss ka. then kapag my clearnce ka na.
pede ka na pumunta sa LTO agency kung saan ang first reg ng CR mo...

Death Certificate lang... then punta nlang kyo sa PNP\TMG for MV Clearance...

Kapag kc manila ang transaction namin.. sa Camp Crame na *** kumukuha ng clearance. Accepted naman nationwide *** clearance kapg sa crame galing.

went to lto in ptuazon to have my car registered, 4day workweek pala sila (hassle)... anyway, got the stencil and ctpl done. so i have the emmission results, or, cr, ctpl, stencil with me already. if i go back to lto again to get the new or and 05 stickers, kailangan ko ba dala ko pa rin the car? hindi na di ba?

nway, the first step to replace your plate is to secure your mv clearance sa LTO-main or kahit saan LTO regional office ka malapit.. 40 pesos lang babayaran mo dun..
mas madali kung magddeclare ka nalng ng lost plate.
pagawa ka muna ng affidavit of lost bago ka pumunta ng LTO.
then, kapag na assest na ng evaluator.. magbabayad ka na ng 442 pesos sa cashier,,, bali ang ibibigay nila sa yong paper ay autorization to use improvise plate.. dapat palagi mong dala yun kapag bbayhe ka...
5 to 6 mos bago marelease yung bago mong plate...
yung bago na yun.... may statue ni rizal...
haaaaayyyy.... hope nasagot kita...

Question, how long does this process usually take? Meron kasi akong auto na nabili na where the original CR was from Cebu. Yun nag-aayos ng Change name for the CR is giving me all the excuses in the world. Three months na to wala pa din results.

The situation is, i bought a car and went to my LTO "taga-ayos" to have a change name sa OR and CR. They said the original OR must be cancelled or cleared from the Issuing Office (which was an LTO Office in Cebu). Is this true? They already spent three months looking for this LTO Office.

Can you handle service on this as well? Because if i still get no results by next week, i wil start looking for other people who can help me on this.

Ano kailangan gawin dun sa Release of chattel mortgage from the bank. CRE pa kasi yung hawak ko and i need to change it na to CR since fully paid naman na car ko last october 2004 pa. kelangn na iregister yung car this coming september 2005 and isasabay ko na sana yung pagtanggal ng encumbrance sa rehistro.. Do i need to bring the Release ng Chattel Mortgage sa Register of Deeds or pwede na yun na lang bigay ko sa LTO..

May error ang OR/CR ko. Nakalagay sa displacement ay 1600cc and actual ay 1800cc. Ano ang kailangan mag documento para ma-itama and displacement. Pwede na ba ang invoice galing sa casa noong binili ko ang sasakyan.
