    any vitamins na pampataba?

    is there any medicines/vitamins na nakatulong na pampataba..aside from working out sa gym, ano pa ba pwedeng inumin para di ka naman mukhang payatot????

    di ko alam kung merong vitamins na pampataba but i know a vitamin na nagpapaganang kumain. try o mosegor vit B. lalakas kang kumain yun nga lang aantukin ka rin lagi. not suitable for those who are working kasi baka makatulog ka sa work mo!

    yup. I believe vitamins can only help increase appetite and most, if not all vitamins, may cause drowsiness or sleepiness.

    I noticed that my pamangkin losses his appetite whenever he stops taking vitamins.

    Increase your carbo (lots of rice and pasta) and fat (lechon, pata, kare-kare, etc) intake. Vitamins only supplement your diet.
