Yun po ang koneksyong ng dalawa

The Philippine Pavilion at the Shanghai World Expo 2010

Standing proud at its very own site on Zone B/Asian Group 1 Cluster at the 2010 Expo Shanghai China grounds is the Philippines’ very own pavilion, which will be formally inaugurated by President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo today in what is probably her last mission abroad before stepping down from office come June 30, 2010:

The Philippine Pavilion was designed by architect Lor Calma, and is about 2,000 square meters in size. Its construction costs were met by Philippine corporations and private organizations with substantial business and cultural ties with China. Its organizers hope to bag another gold medal in the best pavilion contest that was awarded to the country’s entry to the Aiichi, Japan and Zaragoza, Spain world expos in 2005 and 2008 respectively.

Anyway, the facade of the Philippine Pavilion, which is “made of transparent materials in the shape of diamonds, which swing with the wind and show different visual effects” is decorated with images of raised hands

Eight of the 12 students in the top 10 list of 993 new architects were from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, according to the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).

SCENARIO 1: Hindi hinakot ng UP ang topnotchers

UP Student Reactions: You actually believe these board exams? Research and output ang mahalaga.

SCENARIO 2: Hinakot ng UP ang topnotchers

UP Students Reactions: Wow! ang galing galing ng UP

First thing, I am not generalizing. The statement above are based on the posts here in pex. My point is give the credit where it is due.
Yes now, i congratulate UP. Only 44 students took the exam yet they filled 9 out of 12 topnotchers, i mean yeah that was AWEEESOMEEE! plus the fact that all the 44 students passed. so kudos to UP.

so kung ibang school naman ang magtop next exams then let's give them the credit. napapansin ko kasi, kapag yung school mo yung nagtotop sa isang bagay, full praise pero pag wala daming excuses. so there. you can rebutt all you can but thats my opinion. thanks!

    One for UST!
