Looks like your printer is not able to find any (legal-sized) sheet in any of its paper-loading trays. Is this a laser printer by any chance? Take note that with some laser printers, they load paper from different trays automatically. See if you can either:
- find the legal-sized paper tray, or
- tell your printer to load the legal-sized paper from somewhere else
mine's an inkjet... before i could print legal size normally before i reformetted my pc... and i did put the paper in the paper tray in the printer...
try to check if you have installed the updated drivers for you printer.
how do i check to see if my drivers are updated for the printer?
uninstall your printer and reinstall the latest drivers. try googling your printer model.
Open the document in Word, then go to File>Pint>Properties. Make sure that the printer designated there is the printer you're using.
Select "Legal" and define the "Paper Source" where your paper will be coming from.
If this doesn't work, go to File>Page Setup...>Paper Size. Instead of Legal, choose Custom Size and put in 8.5" for Width and 14" for Length (which is the standard Legal size).
BTW, legal size in the Philippines is usually 8.5" x 13" and not 14" so you should also check your paper's actual dimension and consider that in defining your size and setting up the paper tray.
