pay is pure BS! i realized this after i transferred to another company.

its like this -- say JSYS was just paying me 5pesos, imagine my shock when i learned im worth more than 15pesos..

for those without experience/fresh grads, JSYS is a good training ground. you'll get far with what you will learn from here..

so would i recommend this to my friends?? no freaking way! i dont want them cursing me

In assessing yourself (your worth/"market value"), was that prior or after working at J-SYS?

So does it mean hindi well compensated ang employees dito?

  6. #26
Okay ang training! and compensation is okay kapag assigned ka overseas.

pero okay lang dahil dito naman ako overseas and im very willing to learn more. and gain more experience. feel na feel ko rito! I love JAPAN!

Anong batch mo shallowHal? Marami nga akong narinig na hindi magandang kwento from JPI employees after nung lindol. Contrary to what you said about the trainings, in my opinion, hindi maganda ang trainings. This will become apparent after you leave the company at makahanap ng work in another company na mas "modern" ang technologies na ginagamit.

I worked there for several years. They're behind technically but I'm hearing good things from current employees. Sana lang mag-push through ang mga plans. Ok ang mga tao sa company. Almost like family yung atmosphere. Isa pa, I think most people are pretty much capable pero kulang sa exposure (low opportunity for developing specialized skills). For newly graduates, ok lang siguro ito. Pero you still have to exert extra effort to study other technologies outside work. Kung hindi kasi, mapag-iiwanan ka (in terms of market value).

Yung salary naman, hindi ako maka-comment. Wala kasi akong idea kung anong salary sa ibang companies na same ang nature of business with J-SYS.

The major drawback is the binding contract. It spans three years after regularization. Sa pace ng development sa company siguro hindi mo masyadong mamamalayan eh patapos na yung three years. But if you're the type na gusto laging mag-explore, siguro magiging masakit para sayo.

Btw, I believe J-SYS has job openings now.

    Training Period

    Hi everyone!

May I ask if what month is the start of the training for IT/Programmers? and how is the experience?

I'm a fresh graduate and is very keen on applying on J-sys.

    Thank you!
