actually, there is a remake of the 3do version of StarCon 2. it's a remake done by the fans - THe Ur-Quan Masters. Wala nga lang title na "starcon" kasi, trademark pa rin ng accolade/atari yung name ng starcon but paul and fred own everything else.

at, Toys for Bob is currently doing a SECRET PROJECT. I wonder if that secret project is the PROPER starcon3

Did you know that Sega tried to buy Fighting Force to make it into STreets of Rage but unfortunately Eidos declined the offer.

Mine would have to be the Close Combat series, hopefully with updated 3D graphics!

For me this has got to be the most realistic WW2 RTS out there. In fact, I still play with CC4: Battle of the Bulge a lot!

I believe they had about 5 or 6 versions of this until the late 90's or early '00s, representing various major historical battles of WW2, but I don't think they never really got around to improving the graphics.

Yep. I know this. It was fortunate though, since SEGA might have planned on using the Fighting Force engine, which isn't a very good one at all...
