puwede ka nga mag visit sa ABAP since you pay per visit. . .what's your height and weight? kung real sparring gusto mo, puwedeng puwede si ManilaIce at Blakedaddy. . .

Thanks sa reply Sir! Nasa 5'5" po height ko and currently po nasa 160lbs weight ko. Medyo mabagal po ko sa weight ko ngayon, best po ako sa 140-150 class.

Pwede ka naman mag train sa ABAP kahit once a week since per session naman ang babayaran mo (no monthly, membership fee etc.), or sabay ka sa amin since we regularly spar with each other.

it would depend. kung sino ang available na coach. may puwede ng AM and PM. . . mas ok sumabay ka sa amen one saturday AM (regular namen yun) pakilala ka namen then get their numbers. . para you can set your own schedule

2. kung gusto mo branded gloves, go to k1 santolan 2k flat ang TWINS gloves duon. dont buy sa mall kasi 2.6k ang benta. Handwraps TKO will do sa tobys or bulls ng chris sports.

3. and 4. NO it would depend on the intensity of the sparring. we students talk before sparring kung ilang percentage.. besides all of us have headgears

just consider that the coaches in ABAP have to supervise the training of the boxers and some also have AFP or PNP duty so its best to set an appointment.

a lot of us who are already sparring still go back to basics since you can never outgrow the basics
