Mga boss, I'm looking for a boxing gym as well.
Elorde lang kasi alam ko. Gusto ko sana malaman
kung saan talaga maganda ang training at gamit siyempre.
    Back read na and everything.

I'm from QC, sa may likod ng sm north edsa.

    Sprawl ang malapit-lapit sakin, okay
po ba boxing training dun? Equipment and facilities?

Okay rin ako sa may commonwealth.
Yung sa may Don Antonio ba yun? Ano po ulit
gyms dun? Meron pa ba bukod sa Elorde?
    At paano po makapunta?

Also, interested ako sa ABAP, pero every sat ko lang siguro kakayanin dun. So, paano po kaya ako makapag-setup ng appointment, sir blakedaddy, rapidpunch and manilaice?

    TIA!

Sa me Don Antonio, there's Balboa and me Elorde na din. Although we can't give a review on their training program.

About sa Sprawl, I'd let blakedaddy and rapidpunch answer it for me.

Shoot us a pm, if you need more information about schedules and contact information sa ABAP.

SPRAWL is best for muay thai IMO especially with Kru Swing. kung boxing lang, you can't go wrong with ABAP

for sure! his first HW UFC tourney and his fight with wandy (ultimate brazil 1998) was the reason i wanted to start training...

well me too, with cigano that is. i'm more into boxing and TDD, and utilize Jits in case I'm on my back (although we havent seen JDS on his back for a long time, maybe since the Gonzaga fight?)

nakasabay ko magtraining sa gerry penalosa gym kahapon sina gerry mismo, michael farenas and other young pro boxers groomed by gerry... ako nga lang mag-isang non-pro kahapon, and i just realized by the pace that they're training na marami pa rin akong kakaining bigas pero it's really inspiring to train with the pros! makes you work harder

hi im a newbie here and looking for an alternative in going to a gym coz before I used to lift weights but then i have a condition that I should stop it for it can worsen.. ive tried yoga which I find not so fun to do then came across boxing, muay thai, MMA threads in different forums and so far it is only here where I found good replies from experienced people.

to start with I only want to be fit and toned, im a lady by the way. my work is in greenhills area and lives in san juan-aurora blvd. san kaya ideal place to go and which to do? seeing MMA videos parang brusko masyado., hahaha! so i think its boxing against muay thai... also i want a trainor na hindi masyado serious meaning no pressure.. may trainors kasi na parang naiinis kagad or what nako d nako babalik for sure...

your replies will be highly appreciated.
