    Punch Out Boxing Club

For all those who need a break from their regular gym routine, try boxing! I used to go to the gym everyday but easily got bored. I tried boxing and never went back to my gym. Ive never sweated the way I have before I tried boxing. For those who work or live in the makati area, try the new Punch Out Boxing Club in tordesillas st. salcedo village. 5th floor sila ng Mareic bldg. ELorde trained boxers ang mga trainers nila. One on one ang training *** pagod talaga! Feels like I lose 5 lbs each time I workout there! Their tel is 813-1404.

    Hi cinderella man,

I read d details here about Punch out boxing gym, P3000 for the annual fee and P200 every session? i just want to ask ilang oras ang isang session? for the payment, u just have to pay every visit ba yung 200? ist better than red corner ba? I tried in elorde greenhills pero malayo sa akin, i live in makati lang pagod na ako pagdating palang dahil sa traffice hehe..thats why im planin to change. I also heard in red corner madami na tao crowded na.. but i was thinking, in red corner P2000 a month unlimited use of the gym and boxing clas while in Punch out P200 per sesion? d rates are quite far.. Iba ba ang lesson nila, one on one session in puch out, while in red corner e 1 class kayo? Can you tell me the diffrence and advantage? sory dami ko tanong, i just want to be sure before i transfer in makati area thanks a lot!

Heheh pero she spends 7700 for her meals for 2 weeks. As if my mom'll pay for something like that. By the way off topic na pero san ka bumili ng sauna suit nasira na mga sauna suit ko and I need a new one!

hey shoe addict, same tayo.. i used to box at elorde in greenhills but since i live and work in makati pagod na ako when i get to the gym. usually last one out pa ako coz i get there na almost closing time na. I'm a member na of Punch Out and i can say na mas strict yung trainers nila compared sa ortigas. they make sure that you get the form right and paulit-ulit kayo till you get it right which i think is the way we should be trained. i still think that the Elorde system is better than Red corner where you train as a class.

Hi shoe addict! Sory pero I haven tried red corner. I can only quote those who have tried it. Sa punch out, its the elorde system thats followed. Trainers are ex-professional boxers from the elorde stable of boxers. Training follows the 3-min work-out 30 sec rest one-on-one training method. For the members, its P200 per session para mas mabudget mo your actual expenses & usage. From what ive heard abt red corner, they dont really offer one-on-one training, its more of group classes. And you dont get to try all the bxoing equipment (im not sure nga kung complete boxing equipment nila since they focus on other martial arts disciplines also). ALso their ring is outside. Some pipol complain lamok ang ka-sparring in the ring. WHat I like in punch-out is that I get to do try all the equipment from wall bags to speedball! Plus punchmitts are the best! ALso, one-on-one supervision of trainers gives me one of the best abs workouts ive experienced. If you live in makati, i reco punchout.

Just to add, session lasts around an hour... super tired already by then. P200 is per visit. I used to pay also a monthly in another gym pero lets face it, unless we really go everyday, hindi rin sulit. Our skeds nvr allow us naman to really go everyday kyasayang yung bayad wen we dont get to go. *** ok na rin yung pay as you use type of system para mas budget. Advantage of one-on-one training supervision is you get a real full workout and are taught the proper stances & punches plus bantay pa sa abs. Hope this helps!

yup i agree to the pay per visit system, at least i can budget my funds with that. i just cancelled my fitness first membership coz i felt that i get more from my boxing sessions than going to the gym. the owner of Punch Out said they will have the weights installed by next month so no need na talaga for me to continue paying the monthly at fitness. plus ok rin the shower rooms compared to the ones at ortigas so sulit na my annual fee.

shoe-addict: Hoy bat di ka nalang bili gloves sa elorde?! Maganda daw according from a reliable source...ask ko kung may pink di pa siya sumasagot. Sorry dude I'd join you pero paano pag weekend punta pa ako all the way to makati just to box e lapit lang ng gh. Plus I'm anticipating the j.vargas elorde branch. Anyway di bali when we transfer to westgove (kina jel tayo har har) lipat din me ng makati gym. Joke lang. Anyway a years time pa naman yun. Maybe pag seryoso na ako na magbox as in yung tipong kinacarreer ko na cuz I also plan to enroll streetdance at Ateneo. Lalang. For now I just wanna shed some pounds. Oooh...I'm starting south beach diet a week from now just gathering all my resources. Wanna do it with me? Hehe cater ako for you. Hehe mas mura sa mga iba jan haha. Exclusive lang sayo ang offer. Free delivery sa makati you need to pick it up sa office hehe.

elorde and punch out are kinda similar when it comes to trainin i guess in punch out cinderella man told me that instructor came from elorde.. Red corner is also a boxing gym but its more of group classes, in elorde and punch out its a one on one training..

elorde r located in sucat, alabang, gilmore.
red corner r located in makati, libis, sucat.
    punch out is in makati

try to read d previous post of other members for other infos.

shoe: Woist...south beach diet?!! Ano ano ano...

    Collected infro from previuos post
PUnched out: Trainers came from Elorde, pero mas okay ang facilities dito kasi sa elorde and it's in Makati. 3000 annual fee and 200 per session (1 on 1 with trainor), dito you can borrow gloves yata...bring your own warp...yuck naman kung hihirap ka diba?

Elorde: Trainers are from Elorde...duh. Hehe. 500 annual fee 200 per sesh...bring your own gloves and wrap. 1 on 1 with trainers...

    Red corner: Class ang training
