VXi is an outbound (sales) call center for a large phone company
(**&T) in the US. (sorta like our PLDT here). last i heard, THAT phone company withdrew the sales bec of rampant scamming and numerous US customer complaints but opened an inbound customer support for the same company. (imagine, the same customers that you scammed and fooled into buying the long distance phone service (with high rates!) are the same IRATE ones calling in to cuss your head off.


they also got outbound sales for the rival company (M**) as addtional client bec this is where they excel.

well, for vxi, i suggest not go there..... its the worst call center that you will gonna apply for.... they mislead people na fashion fashion order taking lang naman ginagawa dyan....

Yes, they hire you as a fashion consultant but you get minimal salary compared to ccrs who work at other call centers . They have a bond for one year. Why not try other call centers?

Yeah..Not go there pls. Aside from the bond they pay you way lower and the pressure is super!! It's not about fashion dear.. It's purely order taking and upselling!! It's like a combined inbound and outbound account!!

i'm working there for like almost 4 months now...i'm with the catalog account...you're right...purely order taking and upselling...infact i have 2 college friends who also got in but now went AWOL...they got sick and tired of the work we do...maybe in time i'll resign if i'm fed up na...like, 6 days a week for an 8 1/2 hour shift?!!!

isa lang talaga masasabi ko, worst talaga, kaya kung may mga kaibigan ka na gusto magapply dun, sabihin mo wag na, puro bobo mga trainor dun, mga nagmamagaling kala mo kung sino, mga pulpol naman.... maghanap sila ng mauuto nila sa 10,000 pesos na magagaling na agents, sa ibang call center nga 14,000 inaayawan, 10,000 pa. goodluck sa kanila, vision x, x talaga magiging vision mo pag nagapply ka dyan.

Read in the ads that they're hiring for inbound CSR's and inbound sales dudes. Do you think it's worth to try it out there? (I read most posts here and who knows baka nagbago na ang ihip ng hangin dyan sa Vision X)

Even those with no call center experience can apply for that inbound sales account that can pay up to 50K a month[sabi ng advertisement nila sa Bulletin for the past few weeks] globalhegemon. Balita ko may bagong account daw. ANo ba balita totoo ba may malaking pera rito mga kasama? Paki-PM naman kung meron. SALAMAT PO!
