Rustans only carries 1 batch number per Creed scent except for GIT which have 2 batches(2009 and 2011). So all their Aventus has the same batch as mine.

They have the same batch here, too bad I haven't tried it yet because they have the 11X02 batch tester, those are the fruity batch with great longetivity on me. How do you find S01 batch? Is it more ashy or pineapple? How is the longetivity?

Read the reviews on basenotes, it's exactly like that.
Powdery and flowery. it's my only floral. Not too heavy na old-lady. Loves it, tinitipid ko bote ko.
Good luck sa paghahanap -- it's hard to find.

Random Updates :

YSL L'Homme Libre - I get a Wendy's Ice tea vibe from it (that calamansi - sweet - tarty smell). All the frags from this line have great sillage and longevity. Blockbuster ito. For the Versace Eau Fraiche, Paco Rabanne 1 Million, Diesel Fuel for Life, Acqua di Gio followers. To those who don't want to go safe/middle-road, stay away.

Bvlgari Man - tested last week. IMHO, good. But not good enough. Very safe. Great for work, everybody will appreciate if they can catch a whiff of you. Love the bottle. There's a giftset at the warehouse, 3500 for 100ml with tablet sleeve. No single bottles, I guess bumebenta pa sya.

Lush "Breath of God" stick - disappointing, sabi nga naman ng SA, 10% concentration lang. Doesn't project, unlike the Breath of God EDT (syempre mas mahal, 20% concentration daw un). The smell is still so addicting though. One of the best I've tried this year. And yes, it smells like Catholic Mass.

Lush "Dirty" - LOOOVE. WANTTT. Basta try it. But please don't follow the packaging (do an "Italian shower" aka maligo sa cologne lang hahaha). Very bright, clean, lasts really long. Has a great line of auxiliary products too. This would be a great choice for "what-would-you-bring-to-a-desert-island-if-you-can-only-bring-one-fragrance" question.

Comme Des Garcons new line of Play frags now available at Adora! - I only like one of them pero forgot na which one haha. Comes in Black, Red or Green. And may bago sa A Different Company, the purple one (After Midnight) is the only one which caught my eye... errr nose.

Thierry Mugler A*Men Pure Shot - yiheeeeee some guys might be excited. Meron sa Landmark, Trinoma branch ang nakitaan ko. I like, but not super like. Has that A*Men signature but of course coated with a mint / icy vibe. I wasn't blown away by it. Was surprised it wasn't so "different", unlike my TM Pure Coffee na "uhm ok, so that's coffee" (some will say Mocha, iba they smell burnt coffee, iba Starbucks vibe, some will hate it, some will well, be indifferent hahaha I have yet to meet someone who raves about it -- basta it's interesting, which is the way I like it).

By the way, something for the guys to chew on: the new distributor of Thierry Mugler is Charlie Ken Marketing, which I have zero information on. They also distribute Azzaro, Lalique, I think Benetton too. So that makes 5 major distis in the country (as verified by our friends from Luxasia) : Luxasia, Prestige, Rustans Marketing (RMK), L'Oreal, and Charlie Ken. Hope someone can sniff around who they are, have contacts, and best of all, if they sell off-price (saan, kailan).

My S42B11S01 Aventus is more on a Fruity side and I didn't smell any smoky-ness. This batch is a chilled pineapple with perfect blend of woodyness of birch and light creamyness of vanilla at the base/.

TOP: Burst of chilled pineapples!
MIDDLE: Pineapples tamed bythe woodyness of birch.
BASE: Still Pineapples with minimal amount of woods but this time Vanilla is projecting.

I applied Aventus by 12nn today, until this moment I can still smell it and still projects.

I went to an interview at 2.30pm in Makati, The lady receptionist approached and told me.

^ I took a peek at Luxasia awhile ago and looks like they've expanded the selling area. The only fragrances for men I remembered are two Ferragamo fragrances (Attimo and F) in gift packs, a Bulgari, a Burberry and a lone Paul Smith Optimistic.

Marami, kaso yun lang mga natandaan ko. Although yung Paul Smith nag-iisa na lang yun. I like the smell but I have to go back again to try it. The description of Optimistic in OsMoz is right on the dot.

It is kinda cheerful compared to the two sombre but elegant Ferragamos. The Ferragamo Attimo reminded me instantly of the interiors of a BMW 7-series the moment I got a whiff of it.

Nice. Ah from my visit to L Occitane 2 days ago, found sumthing new (to me at least) ... A really nice 300ml bottle (!) of Lavande (lavender!) Sarappp! Great simple fresh scent. Cologne strength but at 2450 and a huge bottle, not so bad Reminds me of the splashes of Marc Jacobs from seasons past, the one in the big bottles. Also tested an Amber fragrance on my other arm that nearly drowned out the Lavande, which I liked more.

Except for Thé vert and the specific male colognes, are the colognes in L'Occitane unisex?
