kasi, we live in Las Pinas and we travel annually sa dulo ng islang ito, yep, sa Cagayan Valley. Malapit na sa Aparri mismo.

it takes us 12 hours to get there, so malamang, less than 11 hours papuntang pagudpud. yun lang po

9 hours nga lang papuntang Tuguegarao e, di hamak na mas malayo yun sa may pagudpud

just got home from pagudpud, sobrang nice ng place!

actually, sa laoag muna kami nag stay, if ever you'll go to pagudpud, laoag muna kayo, then from laoag, less than 2 hours na lang naman ang biyahe to pagudpud. ok din kung commute kayo then night ang alis niyo, around 10:30 or 11:00, pwedeng rcj, farinas, or ma de leon. mas ok yun ma de leon compared sa farinas, kase it's cleaner and mas new. cost is 700 if may restroom inside the bus, 800 ,kung yun parang sofa bed ang upuan.

we stayed sa saud beach resort, ok naman from there nag boat kame to blue lagoon, sobrang ganda nung place.

punta na din kayo sa fort ilocandia, and lighthouse, akyat kayo dun, and also may falls na sobrang ganda, 45 minutes papunta and pabalik, i forgot the name of the falls, i'll ask my friend muna. adventure talaga yun

also, don't forget to eat sa C&E pizza house, sobrang yummy ng carbonara pizza nila and yun mga pasta nila

just came from pagudpud. we rode the bus (RCJ) and stayed in Saud.

sa transpo,mukhang ok naman and RCJ kasi mga bago ang buses nila. for an aircon bus, you can have the airplane-like seats. very comfy. just go for the bus numbers 33 or 34. for reservations you can call their terminal at 7412994 or 7819306. lapit lang puntahan kasi pagbaba ng espana cor forbes, andun na mismo.

sa saud naman, mas ok rin raw mag stay doon kaysa sa vista del mar or something. nag aaway kasi ata ang dalawang resorts na ito. anyway, when you're there, you can order lobster and curacha for breakfast. masarap rin ang longganisa nila. tapos, you can go to "blue lagoon" for some snorkeling. the number of saud resort is 077-7641050.

going back, daan kayo sa historical sites ng batac, vigan, etc.

went to pagudpud last friday. and yeah it's a very beautiful beach. kaya lang the time we were there parang may heat wave ata, mga 42 degrees ang temperature.

I'm going to pagudpud this coming friday with my family, tourist package-Php 2,500 per head, ang mamahal ng tourist packages dito sa net...

friday ng mga 9pm ang alis den the following morning, tour muna sa vigan, them magsstop sa fort ilocandia ng tanghali then afternoon sa panzzian resort in pagupud where we will spend the night... depature is sunday afternoon...

ang alam ko hindi white sand sa panzzian and dami raw malalaking bato pero meron daw stream and a hanging bridge that connects the town with cagayan valley... maganda rin naman daw yung water dito...

May bus na didiretso sa Pagudpud, RCJ. Sa Ernshaw (sp?), Sampaloc, Manila ang terminal nila. P650 ang aircon, P470 ang hindi. Parehong 1-way yan. Departure time (sched lang ng hapon ang kinuha ko) 5,6, and 8:30pm.

Tapos, sa Pagudpud, sa Polaris, subukan mo. Para kasing sila ang may pinkamababang rates, eh. For a room good for 5 persons: P2500. Pag 6-8 naman, P3000. May aircon, t/b, na yun. Hindi lahat ng kuwarto may tv. Yung ref, wala sa kuwarto pero meron sila. Kung may ipapalagay kayo sa loob, walang bayad, libre lang.

we'll be there next week... m wid my family... we availed of Fort Ilocandia's 3D/2N package... P5,100 per person lang inclusive of breakfast, dinner, plus city tour of Laoag... been there 8 years ago and i liked the resort very much... dame facilities

bus naman, Maria de Leon near USTE... they hav this deluxe and super deluxe na bus wid CR... around 700-800/person...

a year after, i went back with three other friends since i wanted them to see north's beauty. we took a package (for only 4k each, 3d/2n) and boarded a bus to laoag. from laoag, dun kami sinundo ng car then namasyal kami sa sites ng laoag and pagudpud. we stayed in a house (tita ng tour guide)... fully-aircontidioned, w/ food (we were served with lobsters ulit! yumyum!). then everytime ihahatid nila kami sa batis nga ba yun? basta yung may malalaking bato and flowing water which comes from the mountain then goes down to the beach. sarap!! we also went to maira-ira (also called blue lagoon).. and we walked around the island for 2hrs that we almost got to the 2 islets on the middle of the lagoon if we weren't just too scared. we also went to saud beach to watch the sunset... sarap non. the tour guide and his relatives were so friendly and accomodating. we had the whole house to ourselves and may cook/helper pa kami. they'd bring us lunch wherever we have to go and hatid sundo din. sad to say, though they do not offer tours na ata. that time kasi the tour guide was just doing it as part time since they were saving up for his wedding. we were just so lucky we got them. all worth it..

and that's what makes me love pagudpud so much, i'd be willing to go back anytime...

hope you guys get to experience it, too

thanks for all the info..Im going to Pagudpud on the 29th friday night..hehehehe will be riding the Raja bus in Espana, its P550 one way pero airplane like seats daw..tas accomodation ko is at Villa Del Mar at 1.7k per night..aliw!
