    hi there, my_gosh!

hmmm, u can ask ur ob about it. but from what i've been reading and experiencing so far (i'm 28 weeks preggerz), it's really expected to have an increase in vaginal discharge during pregnancy. if it is greenish and/or foul-smelling, then it's better to contact ur health care provider.

    hope this helps!

Your baby will be okay as long as you eat nutritious foods and take your vitamins daily. Sundin mo lang advice ng OB mo and avoid unhealthy foods. My friend started taking vitamins and drinking milk nung 4 months pregnant siya. So far okay naman yung condition ng baby niya based sa checkups. She'll give birth in September. Regarding working the night shift, may friend ako na QA sa call center during her pregnancy. She did double shifts (sleeping in between shifts) para mahaba yung rest days niya and hindi siya mastress sa biyahe. 3 months na baby niya now and okay naman siya. Ang advice ko lang ay iassess mo yung body mo. If you're feeling really tired everyday, siguro it's time na magpalipat ka sa day shift if it's possible. It's important kasi that you get enough sleep at hindi mastress. I'm 11 weeks pregnant and my shift starts at 3am so I still get some sleep at night. Once a week, may night shift din ako pero plan ko pag dating ng 7-8 months, I'll stick with working in the morning para naman hindi mahirap.

Question lang regarding Gerber for moms...where can I buy it? I want to try it kasi. Hindi ko masyado gusto yung Anmum though tolerable naman yung taste niya.

    Hello mommies!
I am currently 5 and a half months pregnant. For my prenatal vitamins, I am taking OB Smart, Caltrate, and Sorbifer.

I just have a question to those who already delivered their babies. Did your OB charge you after every prenatal check-up? Or was it included in the PF, paid after you delivered?

    Thanks!

how do you take you pre natal vitamins?

I have kasi 4 vitamins to be taken...
clusivol OB, Folart, Caltrate plus, and Iberet, pero ang sabi lang sakin ni doc is itake ko daw Once a day.so hindi ko alam kung after breakfast ba or lunch or dinner.basta ang sabi sakin hnd ko pwedeng isabay ang Iberet(mult + iron) at ang caltrate or at least with milk or other calcium rich products because calcium reduces absorption of iron. kasi before pinag sasabay ko ang clusivol OB and caltrate, nagiging constipated ako, sumasakit tiyan ko. eh sabi ni doc dipende lang daw sakin kung saan ako mahiiyang...

pwede kayang isabay ang clusivol OB at ang Iberet, pareho naman silang Multivitamins...although yung clusivol eh plus minerals and Iberet + iron... tapos Caltrate and Folart pagsasabayin naman...

    sana may magreply...

  17. #77
hi moeilitakoreana dami mong pre natal vits ... anyway, you can take Caltrate and Iberet after breakfast since you should be ambulatory for calcium to take effect, the rest you can take after lunch. Clusivol OB and Iberet may have caused your constipation due to the iron content. It's better to have some follow up visits with your obstetrician so that you can relay whatever concerns you have with regards to your condition
