hehehehehe may nagsabi sakin na pag ang isang bagay

yes, i know WILL? Boring? I refused to accept that. medyo mabag l sya magsalita pero, every word that comes out of his mouth, is matututo ka. ganun tlg dude!! i learned a lot from him. and so far, he's the best and friendliest trainer in west. well, this is my opinion and this is according to my experience, ok. bawal away..

Juice ko day! Pang 6 call center ko na to.. dito lang ako nakakuha ng QA score na 80... Maryusep.. walang guidelines kasi... email lang sila ng email... ewan!!

Mantakin mo.. *** iba ang lalaki ng scores eh nagtatanong lang un sa kin.. Marya... ka naman.. Paiba iba QA.. paiba iba SUP.. nakakahilo... mas organized pa ata ang TSRs kaysa sa SUPs at QAs...

Sabi ng ilang TSRs.. Banatan ko daw.. mabanatan nga.. para maging sacrificial lamb ako.. wala namang mawawala sa kin.. marami akong options sa life nuh.. pero.. sus.. I-ORGANIZED NIYO NA KASI LAHAT.. 10 mos na ang west dito sa Pinas.. Kelan niyo ito ayusin??? Hay naku....

I dont want to KISS A-S-S, becoz I believe in the makibaka system. Makabayan ako, pag may di ako gusto, sinasabi ko ng harapan. Pag na-offend nila at haharangin nila ang future ko, wala silang mahihita dahil marami akong options...

I never do it coz if u do that, its not a lifetime achievement. Kaya lang I need them to correct it. How will they work better if they dont know? Open naman ang mga managers, sups, qas at admin eh. I can talk to them freely. Kaya lang I dont hold their minds and feelings when they see that somebody is making them a terrible hardcore comment. It's in their conscious minds..

I repeat, if they gonna turn me down for the eval... then they lost one of their gems... TSRs are gems.. they need to be cared and trained..

for me d most hardworkin sup is d "Mommy" of Win_BB she's great man, supa dupa competent! got nutin but LovE! i Salute u!!
my Ex Sup is also super down to earth and very much approachable she's fine and cute chumachubby nga lang... haha..
as to d PAC's of west, for me Will is all gud at least he'd try to help u as much as he can.. he's Coo' anoder one from d P-A-C is "Tito Boy" ur d man! ur all Good bro.. Ü

OK NA KAMI NG QA NUH.. kasi nagpalit sila ng work loads with the TLs.... Kulot ata utak mo.. Indi ka tatagal sa call center... close minded ka!.. wag ka mag work sa call center... mag trabaho ka mag isa.. kaylangan ng organization ang COMMUNICATION...

Kaya nga may thread dito.. Bakit.. not me only complaining ha... madami..buti nga.. lakas loob ako magsalita.. Kapal mo.. face me kung mtapang ka! ako i want to face u. Kasi AKO di ako natatakot magsalita kung nasa lugar.. Kaya na reresolve ang lahat ng problema ng batch namin.. *** no anong batch ka????.. alam ko batch namin ang pinakamatapang..

AT SAKA IF DI MO PA LAM.. WEST OPS AND MANAGEMENT encourage OPEN COMMUNICATION CHANNEL. Siguro *** si PTL or PAS ***************.. sina patrick, exx, miss alex, mga tls at pases they're very very ok. Gusto nila open communication..... . ewan ko sayo.. sarado ata utak mo...

Check ur persolity man! buksan mo ang loob mo at ng mag move on ang WEST.. TL ka o PAS? banatan mo ako.. paglaban ko karapatan ng mga HAMAK NA TECHNICAL SUPPORT like us...

so who is graceana? grace ana perlas? never heard... low profile... bago ka mag hangin, just make sure popular ka... para naman malaman naman namin na may ihahangin ka talga...

ayus ah.. pati ba naman mga naka-post sa virc nipopost dito? nways.. ako ay resigned na po sa west pero here are some things na naalala o comments ko about this company.

hmmm... about sa pay, never naman ako nagkaron ng problem. minsan sobra pa nga e. tipong 5 days lang ako nakapasok sa isang pay period pero sumweldo pa ko ng 4500, swerte lang siguro.. may mga kaibigan din kase ako na anlabo ng pay e.

sups.. admittedly madaming incompetent at marami ding kups na power tripping lang ang alam (eg. ELEPANTE). meron din na la talagang wents as in nde mo mararamdaman na may sup or team ka dahil makikita mo lang pag may papapirmahan sa'yo. ganun ba! pero meron din namang maayus magtrabaho at dinidibdib yung pagka-team leader nila. swertihan na lang kung sino makuha mo.

pacs.. same as sups, dami din incompetent, madami yung feeling know it all. as in. pero pag nitanong mo naman walang masagot.. di ba? e mamili na lang kayo ng tatanungan nyo, at piliin kung ano yung gagawin nyo sa sinabe nila. mas ok yung mga luma na.. lalo na yung matangkad na mama na malaki adam's apple. kase mas ok yung nagsasabe na hinde nila alam at they would research about it pero bibigyan ka pa din nila ng mga maaari mong gawin. wag nyo tanungin si fetus (hehe..) o yung iba pang feeling maganda sa tabi tabi. basta.. mamili na lang kayo.

tao sa floor.. kakaunti lang ang mga taong maari mong iconsider na ka-close mo. di kase ganun ka-saya yung environment unlike sa previous company ko. parang nagpapaka-professional mabuti considering na dehins naman bangko ang companya kundi call center. parang pagpasok o pag-apak mo pa lang sa building e call taking mode ka na dapat. alang fun na maaanticipate.. work mode itech. kaya nakakatamad pumasok (na syang kadahilan ng pagreresign ko..).. and for me this is this company's greatest flaw.

ayun.. yang mga yan lang naman comments ko, actually meron pa onte kaso e ang haba na nito. pero lam nyo mga tsong, lahat naman ng call centers may kanya-kanyang problema. lahat may kups, may pulitika, may incompetent na higher management, may depekto.. ang pede mo na lang gawin e mag-cope, mag-adjust at makipag-compromise.. dahil kung hinde e mag-co-call center hopping at reklamo ka na lang forever. in the end sinong talo..? ikaw din di ba?
